I dont know if anyone has seen Meredith Willsons the Music Man, but there is a character named Eulalie (Mackeknie Shinn sp?). Pronounced You-lay-lee. She is the mayors extravagant wife. I think its pretty and its growing on me. I could be making it up, but I thought ive heard of Eulalia? maybe not? I think that is pretty too..

any thoughts?

I've never heard of Eulalie! It is quite pretty. It's a variant of Eulalia. Marcia Gay Harden named her daughter Eulala, pronounced the same as Eulalia. I have loved that one for YEARS!!

Eulalie is going on my list!!

It reminds me of a Eukalalie (spelling?) the little hawaiian guitar instrument.

When I was young, I was reading a lot of the Redwall series. One of the war calls was Eulalia. I think the name is very unusual and yes it's growing on me as well.

I like it!It also reminds me of Eulalia.

When I was growing up I had a neighbour called Eulália and I really liked that name (maybe because the girl was very nice)
