Planning to write a fic focusing on Ben/Julie. It starts off as an alternate spin on some events that took place between the last couple episodes of season 2 and first three episodes of season 3 [spoilers! Highlight to read] except Julie stayed in NY and she and Ben gradually get back together (I have it where he didn't get back with Felicity. I always felt that Felicity was more compatible with Noel and Ben with Julie. I mean, following a guy you barely know across the country just because you have a crush on him is a little bit creepy, isn't it? I like Ben and Felicity better just as friends) and I'm making up everything after that as I go along. But anyway, Julie eventually becomes pregnant with Ben's child and I'm completely stumped on what to name him/her.
For a girl, I love the idea of them naming her Melody, Lyra, or Viola as a first or middle name, since Julie's a singer/songwriter (or possibly Sarah/Sara, after Sarah McLachlan, but only as a middle name because that name is everywhere. lol), but I'm looking for other options. The musical theme is not a requirement. For a boy, I have absolutely no clue what his name would be, except no Juniors, so Benjamin Steven Covington Jr. is out.

Interesting you mention Ariette. I'm not a fan of Aria, so I think another name starting with -ari could work well instead. I've been considering Ariana/Arianna. I know some people might associate it with Ariana Grande. She wasn't even famous back in the early 2000's which is when the fic will take place, so that's not an issue. lol Cadence is okay, not a favorite, but I do appreciate that you spelled it correctly. I cringe when people spell it Kaydence, Kadence, etc... Harmony is not my style. For a boy, I just thought of Harper. I hate it for girls, but I think it sounds nice for a little boy.
