Help us pick a last name

Hello everyone! My husband and I are going to adopt a child, and we're trying to decide whose last name to give her. Mine is Byrne, husband's is Olander. I dont want to hyphenate. We're both men and decided to keep our own last names after marriage.
We decided on Phoebe for the first name, and Ann (husband's paternal grandmother's name) for the middle. So, tell me your thoughts:
Phoebe Ann Byrne, or
Phoebe Ann Olander?
