Prunella Margaret Atwood [16] is a local babysitter. She babysits for Vaughn Hunter, Thalia and Tessa Tompkins, The Tate Clan, The three Sykes Children and a few others. She's a quiet girl and is the middle child in her family having two older sisters, one younger brother and one younger sisters. Prunella enjoys reading poetry, taking care of kids and intends to go to school for Early Childhood Education she's already looking for programs and working on scholarships, she already has very good grades and hopes those will help her with that situation in general. Prunella doesn't have many - really any - friends, but she prefers it that way. Just herself and books for the most part, maybe a sketch pad at times.

Thalia Lane Chambers {18 mos.} is the niece of Prunella Atwood. She is a very sweet girl and close with both her mom and dad. She also loves her aunt Prunella. When she was an infant, she was very fussy and would only calm down when her parents held her. Now, she has mellowed out and calmed down. She is happy and up for just about anything now. She loves helping mommy cook and do crafts.

Sylvia 'Sylvie' Honey Chambers {3 mos.} is the younger sister of Thalia, niece of Prunella. Sylvie is a happy baby for the most part, and unlike her older sister usually settles herself to sleep without needing to be held all the time. The only time she really gets fussy is when she's hungry, but she soon calms down when someone feeds her.

Sylas Piper Chambers {3 mos.} is the twin brother of Sylvie Chambers, younger brother of Thalia, nephew of Prunella Atwood. He also has another older sister and his oldest sibling is a brother. He rarely cries. He has slept through the night since the first week his mom and dad brought he and Sylvie home from the hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Chambers were surprised by the birth of Sylas and Sylvie, especially so soon after Thalia's birth. However, the twins were a happy edition to the family. Mr. had always wanted a big family, but the Mrs. often feels overwhelmed by five kids and wants to ensure there is no sixth edition.

Angelique Louise Chambers  (nee Atwood) [24] is the mother of Thalia [18 mo.], Sylvie [3 mo.] and Sylas [3 mo.]. She is the oldest of five children, Angelique [24], Sister [?], Prunella [16], Brother [?] and Sister [?]. Angelique married her high school sweetheart when she was nineteen and attended community college getting a degree Communications, but really, Angelique just wanted to be a stay-at-home mother.  Her boyfriend had a good job, but she worked until she got pregnant with Thalia to save up as much money as they could - though they waited until they were firmly settled with benefits and a decent amount of money before getting pregnant, it was the responsible thing to do after all. Angelique's pregnancy with Sylvie and Sylas was unplanned, but she was happy nonetheless, she adores taking care of her three kids and taking care of her home. Angelique and her family live a modest life, but its a good one. For now, Angelique is content with her three kids, but maybe in another three or four years she'd like to have two or three more.

Cosetta Emily [Atwood] Fosser {22} is the younger sister of Angelique Chambers and older sister of Prunella Atwood. She is the aunt of Thalia, Sylvie, and Sylas Chambers. Wolfgang Lowe "Wolfie" Fosser {10 mos.} is her son, with her husband of four years. Cosetta got married a month after she graduated high school for no other reason than that she was madly in love. Her husband is six years her senior, but it never mattered to either of them. Wolfie is their second child, they also have a three year old son, a honeymoon baby. Cosetta is a journalist for the local newspaper. It is nothing spectacular, but she loves getting to write. She could not be happier with her life -- a great husband and two great sons.

Ludwig Wolfgang Fosser [29] is the husband of Cosetta Fosser (nee Atwood) [22], and the father of a three year old son and Wolfie [10 mo.] While at first the age gap made his relationship with Cosetta great for the past year Ludwig hasn't really been feeling the same. While he tries not to show it to Cosetta or the kids, Ludwig has been unhappy and for the past few months he's been having an affair with one of his co-workers at the PR firm where he works, a woman in her early thirties. Ludwig feels a bit like he's leading a double life and he doesn't like it. Recently, he's been thinking about taking a visit to a divorce attorney to end his marriage to Cosetta. While he hates the idea of taking his family apart, he believes his sons will grow up better with their parents happily divorced then with them miserable and together.

Llewellyn 'Llew' Virgil Fosser {3} is the son of Ludwig and Cosetta, older brother of Wolfie, cousin of Thalia, Sylvie, and Sylas, and nephew of Angelique and Prunella. Llew tends to be quite a serious little boy, he prefers to stay inside and read or build a puzzle than go outside and run around getting dirty. His speech isn't developed as well as it should be, and sometimes it's hard for people to understand what he says. His best friend is an imaginary little boy who he calls 'Mr Fish', and he only really has one friend at pre-school, but he doesn't mind.

Kaden Emory Hartford {3} is Llew Fosser's friend at preschool. He is often picked on by the other kids because he is small for his age. Despite that, he is a fun-loving and happy boy. He wants to be a firefighter when he grows up, just like his dad. His mom doesn't work, she stays at home to watch him and his two little sisters. She decided she wanted to wait until her youngest was in school full time for her to get a job. Kaden loves to make other people laugh, especially his mom. He is a great big brother because of his kind heart. He is always looking for ways to help out.

Keziah Mary Johnson {31} is a next door neighbour of Kaden Hartford and his family. Keziah is a stay at home mom to her four kids, the youngest of whom is 18 months old. She used to work as a kindergarten teacher until she had her first baby, and has decided to home school her kids. She is married to the love of her life, they met when they were just fourteen but have stuck out all the rough patches and are very happy with their family.

 

Jillian 'Jill' Mary Johnson {6} is the oldest daughter of Keziah, and neighbour of Kaden Hartford. She loves music, and can always be found with an instrument in her hands or singing her heart out. She likes being home schooled because she has lots of time to study things that she's interested in, and she doesn't get any homework like her friends that go to public school do. She can be quite responsible at times, and her mom trusts her to watch her youngest sibling whilst she's cooking dinner.

 

Harriet 'Hattie' Grace Johnson {6} is the twin sister of Jill, daughter of Keziah, and neighbour of Kaden Hartford. Hattie isn't as interested in music as her twin, although she does like to sing, she's more of a tomboy and loves to play outside and climb trees. She's also a bit of a trouble maker, and is always thinking up ways to play pranks on her siblings even though she gets in trouble for them. She's not that happy with being home schooled, she wants to go to school on the bus like her friends and the neighbour kids do.

 

Dominic 'Nicky' William Johnson {3} is the younger brother of Jill and Hattie, son of Keziah, and neighbour of Kaden Hartford. He loves to run around and be active like his sister Hattie, but he also enjoys when Jill sings songs with him and plays the piano. He is a sensitive soul, and often bears the brunt of Hattie's pranks which make him cry. He loves to snuggle up with his mama and hear her read stories and sing lullabies.

 

Sebastian 'Bash' James Johnson {18 mos.} is the younger brother of Jill, Hattie, and Nicky, son of Keziah, and neighbour of Kaden Hartford. He is a happy little boy who loves to laugh. He enjoys watching Hattie's pranks on other people, but doesn't like it when she picks on him. He is a daddy's boy, always wanting to be held by his papa and crying when he goes off to work in the morning.

William James Johnson [32] is the husband of Keziah Johnson, who has been dating her for eighteen years. Things haven't always been perfect of course, they've broken up a few times, had some screaming matches in their younger days, Will's had a few fruity drinks poured over his head - but they've been practically solid for the past seven years ever since they found out they were pregnant with the first child, and learned later children. William works as a college professor and he teaches older literature, Anglo-Saxon, Chaucer, Beowulf, Arthurian Tales and things along those veins with a bit of 1600s poetry. As much as he loves teaching though, William adores nothing more than coming home to his kids. Will makes sure to always have time to do something specific and special with each of his kids. He himself plays a bunch of instruments and has taught Jill most of the ones she knows how to play and he adores just sitting in a park with her playing guitar together, with Hattie Will likes to take her to adventure courses and he loves to take her to climb trees, always making sure Hattie doesn't go up too high and always ready to catch her, for Nicky Will likes to play blocks with him and just sit and listen to him talk. Though, his most special connection seems to be with his youngest, Bash. The little one is a total Daddy's boy. Will spends hours reading him stories, like The Hobbit and just enjoying time with him, though he hates seeing Bash cry in the morning when he has to go to work. Now that Bash is almost two years old, William wants to talk to Keziah about having another baby. He'd like to have at leas seven kids, having been an only child himself.

Lenore Hadley "Lenna" [West] Griffin {30} is the childhood best friend of William Johnson. They grew up next door to each other and both Lenna and her only sibling, an older brother {32}, were quite close with Will. She still sees will occasionally when she goes home to visit family. She really likes his wife, Keziah, and she adores all of his kids. Lenna and her husband, who married right of college at 21, have 4 kids. The eldest is 7 and the youngest is 0. Benjamin Westley Carter Griffin {1 mo.} is the youngest child of Lenna Griffin and her husband.

Johanna West "Joy" [24] is the only sister of Lenore Hadley "Lenna" [West] Griffin. She is a PhD student of Princeton University where she studies the quantum physics. She often goes to CERN where she does her research. She is smart, intelligent, very cheerful, hard-working and helpful. She helps her sister to look after her children. Johanna has a boyfriend who is also a PhD student of the same University.

Lucas Wiley Eriksson {2} is the son of Johanna's boyfriend. He doesn't have a lot of contact with his father, though his mom tries to get him to spend more time with Lucas he'd rather concentrate on his PhD and his new girlfriend, who he hasn't even told that he has a son. Lucas is a sensitive, smart little boy who likes reading stories and playing make believe games with his mom. He adores his stuffed bear that his dad bought for him when he was just born, and he makes sure to tuck him into bed with him at night.

Sven Ville Eriksson [25] is the boyfriend of Johanna "Joy" West [24] and the father of Lucas Wiley Eriksson [2]. Sven is the youngest of five children, he and his siblings are first generation Americans and both his parents are Swedish; born and raised. His father is a microbiologist and his mother is a professor of literature focusing on detective, mystery and horror genres. Sven being the youngest of his siblings has been plenty spoiled by both his parents and his siblings, he's bright and things come easy to Sven plus he's athletic and good looking. Nothing bad ever happened to him until he got his, now ex, girlfriend pregnant three years ago. It wasn't planned and it wasn't right. Sven tried to stick around but it was too much of a burden so about a month after Lucas was born when he just couldn't handle being a dad Sven broke up with Lucas' mother. Sven still pays child support and then some, sending gifts from time to time as an almost apology for not being prepared yet to be a father. Sven has been dating Joy for about a year ever since he met her on Princeton's campus where he is getting his PHD in Biochemistry. Joy's been a really good influence on Sven and just the past few weeks he's been stopping by to see Lucas and try and get more involved in Lucas' life and he even intends to tell Joy about his son soon, starting to mature now and realize even if he is not yet ready to be a father he has to be because Lucas needs him. Sven has also gotten in contact with a lawyer so he can bring one in to talk to his ex-girlfriend, Lucas' mother, about splitting custody properly.

Kia Sigrid [Eriksson] Hansen {28} is the older sister of Sven, younger sister of three older siblings, and aunt of Lucas. Kia is a loving, caring person who loves spending time with and taking care of her family. She is currently a stay-at-home mom to her two children, and her and her husband are hoping to have a few more babies in the future. Kia actually found out a few days ago that she's 8 weeks pregnant with the couple's third child, but she hasn't told her husband yet because she's trying to find a cute way to tell him. Kia loved being part of a large family growing up, she idolised her older siblings, and had fun helping her parents take care of Sven. She was disappointed in Sven when he didn't take an active part in Lucas' life, and is overjoyed that he's started to become more involved with him lately. She is not a fan of his new girlfriend Joy; she thinks he could do a lot better, although she's not really sure where her feelings come from as Joy's not given her any reasons to dislike her. Kia and her children see Lucas quite often, and she's glad that his mother doesn't mind him spending time with them despite not liking Sven very much.

 

Arthur 'Art' Erik Hansen {5} is the son of Kia, nephew of Sven, and cousin of Lucas. Art is shy and quiet, he prefers his own company over other being around other people, and would much rather curl up with a book instead of play with his sister. His parents are worried about this behaviour, although the doctor has assured them that there's nothing really wrong with Art, he just likes to be alone. The one time that Art does like to be with other people is at night; after a particularly scary nightmare involving monsters he much prefers to sleep in mommy and daddy's bed at night so he knows that he's protected.

 

Winifred 'Winnie' Elin Hansen {2} is the younger sister of Art, daughter of Kia, niece of Sven, and cousin of Lucas. Winnie is the polar opposite of her older brother; she simply adores other people and does not like being on her own. She has a lot of energy, and if she isn't doing something constructive she becomes bored and creates mischief. She's quite empathetic though, and knows just how to cheer someone up if they are sad. She is especially good at cheering Art up; she usually brings him his favourite book.

Bjorn "BJ" Isak Eriksson [28] is the older brother of Sven and fraternal twin of Kia (older by one minute). He adores his nieces and nephews but has no interest in having his own or even starting his own family. He is quite reserved and a hard egg to crack. He works as a mechanical engineer and in his free time he loves riding solo on his motorcycle. He lives alone in an apartment with his best friend, a great dane named Lars. This new girl at work has been eyeing him and asking him questions but he has been avoiding her.

Jodie Annabelle Whitlock {26} is BJ's coworker. She has had a crush on him since she started working at the garage, but she's been too shy to say much more than hello to him, or ask him a few questions about mechanics. She hasn't seen him very much lately, however, and is worried that he's been avoiding her. Jodie is a single mum to her 6 month old son, Bradley Samuel Whitlock, and she adores him so much. She broke up with Bradley's father before she found out she was pregnant, and he didn't want to be a part of his son's life when she told him. Jodie is a fun loving, easy going, sensitive person who likes to spend time with her family and friends. She's one of four children, and is hoping to have a sibling for Bradley.

Holly Madeleine [left] & Zoe Eleanor [right] Whitlock [19] are the younger twin sisters of Jodie, aunts of Bradley. Everyone in their family has the first name ending in the -ee- sound but spelled differently. They have one other sister whom is younger than them by more than four years. They have always grown up with girls in the household except for their father and their pet Goldfish whom their younger sister claims to be a guy. They both moved out after graduating high school and now both attend Adams State University in Colorado. Holly is studying Biomedical science while Zoe is studying to become a math teacher in high school. Both brainiacs yet many people would have never guessed.

Theodore "Teddy" Dong-Yul Chai [26] is the boyfriend of Zoe Whitlock [19], originally from Texas, he's  finishing his PHD at Adams State University where he has already achieved two B.A's one in Psychology and the other in New Media Studies and a Master's Degree in Psychology. Teddy is 100% Korean, both his parents immigrated from South Korea before Teddy was born, Teddy is the youngest of four kids and has three older sisters, though he is not very close to them. Teddy is much close to his cousin, Priscilla. Teddy knows his age difference with Zoe seems strange to a lot of people, but well, they just work together well and get along. They love to work out together an analyze movies as well as discuss fashion. Teddy has three dogs, an English Toy Spaniel named Chloe, a long haired Dachshund named Sonata and a Toy Shetland Sheep Dog named Versace.

 

Priscilla Ae-Jong Alvarez [23] is the cousin of Teddy via their mothers. Priscilla is 1/2 Korean, 1/4 Filipino and 1/4 Cuban. Priscilla is an only child which is perhaps why she is very close to Teddy and he is basically like her brother, he is actually the reason that Priscilla chose to attend Adams State, since she didn't know whee to really go, she's currently finishing her senior year and is a member of Alpha Theta Chi sorority where she is actually the big sister of Zoe Whitlock which is how Teddy met Zoe. Priscilla is a triple major in Education, Asian Studies and French. Priscilla actually is fluent in several languages, English, Korean, Spanish, Japanese, French, German and Mandarin Chinese and is currently practicing and working on Italian and Russian. Priscilla wishes to be a language teacher at the high school level.
