I just had the most interesting dream that would make a great story. I'm still piecing it together but I thought I come here to get some character names.

Basically, it was set in a space station. I don't remember why they were there but I know it was a sudden decision. I believe it was a class of some sort. There is some worry from the main character that something is about to go down. (Originally, in the dream, it was a very tiny Transformer and I forgot what he was called. Of course, can't use Transformer.) Eventunally, complications arise and the space station is flipped upside down. Everyone grabs their stuff and waits to be picked up. During this time, strange things begin to happen. (In the dream, there was a toilet that made clones that would turn into goo...) The main character discovers that help was never called for and the person who did was attached that the station is attached or harboring a portal to another world and one of her alien friends is manipulated by the 'transformer'.

Still a BIG work-in-progress to get everything figured out...

I just have the MC in mind.

MC: a young girl in her late teens-early twenties, short burgundy hair in front and long in the back with streaks of pink, honey brown eyes, punkish

I like Cassiopeia, Astra and Astrid. I was thinking of Vaughn but I like it more for her alien friend. But, spelt Von.

Any other suggestion? They don't need to be 'spacey'

I considered Kassandra. Maybe something with Cass as a NN.

I like Cassidy but I would spell it differently. Cassadee like Hey, Monday. I did come up with a last name. Vespera. Cassadee "Cass" Vespera could work.
