Hey everybody!
I am writing a story about a VERY rich girl who gets send to a very high class and expensive boarding school in England. Any name suggestions? I was thinking along the lines of:
Pine Grove School For Girls
Madam Stones Young Ladies Institution
Basically, I want it to sound expensive, elegent and grand.
Thanks so much!

I like something more along the lines of Pine Grove School for Girls. It sounds expensive but still real. Other ideas are using a saint's name even if there's no religious affiliation.

I agree with VictoriaRose. Saints names are the easiest names to use for schools, even if there isn't any specific religious affiliation. The other option, which is slightly more compilicated, is picking a short Latin phrase. Sounds silly, but there is actually a rather good boarding school in England called Terra Nova, which is obviously 'New Earth', and I have heart many other named as such.
Or you could just go for a random name, something to do with where the school is. My brother went to a private called Argyle House, because it was made of two old houses attached together. I don't know where the argyle part came from, though.
