Hello. My name is Sierra. I'm 19 and thinking of the name Marley for my unborn daughter, one day. I'm not pregnant but I would like to have a baby around the time I finish college at the age of 24, if not sooner. I chose Marley because it combines my mother Marcia's name and my grandmother's middle name Lee. Mar from Marcia (pronounced Marsha) and Lee, in honor of the two women who raised me. I am going by my last name Colyer (pronounced call-yaher) to get a full name because I want to make sure it matches my maiden name incase I have her or him if its a boy on my own one day. I want a girly middle name and have a few picked out. My only thing is the spelling of initials put together. For example, I like Marley Abigail Colyer but it spelled MAC in initials. Do you think this is a problem?

Here are some names I like:
Marley Abigail Colyer

Marley Sophia Colyer

Marley Brianna Colyer (Brianna is pronounced Bree-ann-uh)

Marley Sierra Colyer (My first name as middle name)

Marley Harper Colyer (Afraid of the double -er sounds are too much in flow)

Marley Dianna Colyer (After great aunt that passed away when I was a baby)

Do you have any suggestions for me? Thanks.

-Sierra

Also, can you think of twin names yet could work for Marley, both boy and girl. Multiples run in my family.

From your list, I'd mark off Sierra and Harper as they have a fairly unisex feel.

I'd go for Marley Dianna as it has meaning as well as a feminine touch.

Otherwise, I love Marley Abigail and Marley Sophia. :)

Do you have any ideas for sister or brother names that go good with Marley? Marley will be a girl btw.

I love the name Marley! So sweet :) I domt think the initials MAC are necessarily bad though! I like these of your combos:
Marley Sierra
Marley Harper
Marley Dianna

I've had Marley Caroline or Marley Cadence on my list too.

I've always thought Hadley matched Marley nicely. But other suggestions...
Jocelyn
Willa
Quinn
Beatrice
Lila
Olive

Therese

Okay thats kind of cool. I love Abigail and Isabelle for twins. Abby and Izzy. Just don't know if they'd be good with Marley as a sib set which sucks.

Other than that i love the options here guys.
Thanks.
