We found out yesterday at my 17 week ultrasound that my son is going to have a little brother my son's name is Nathan Alexander Muņoz. his first name is more american than his middle name with it being bilingual which is what we wanted.

Yesterday we found out that my hubbys grandfathers middle name is Isaiah and we would like to use it but dont have any ideas of what bilingual middle name would go with it. please help. Also weve not decided if we will use Isaiah as a first name or middle name.
