Lucia.
I love it, but I know there are many real pronunciations and it worries me that it would be said "wrong" all the time if I used it.
I want to know what your first instinct is when you read it. How would you pronounce it?

Lu-see-ah. I love it too, but I get what you mean. The pronunciation issues can be really frustrating. It's like Hel-ay-na, Hel-ee-na, or Helen-ah for Helena (I like the first two, the first being my favorite).
Lucia is also very common where I live because of the large Hispanic population, so it's too popular for me. I mostly hear it pronounced Lu-see-ah.

I think Loo Shuh because I knew a Lucia with that pronunciation. I'm not a big fan of the Lucy names, so Lucia isn't my fave, but it is pretty.

Definitely Loo-See-Yuh. It's the most common pronunciation and it doesn't sound like "lucha"

This is really off topic, but how do you make polls? Sorry if it's really obvious, just was wondering.

I would say it as Loo-SEE-uh, but also know that the more traditional Italian pronunciation is loo-CHEE-uh. I think both are beautiful. I have a name that isn't always pronounced correctly, but as soon as I tell people how to say it, they are usually pretty good at saying it right. There are a decent amount of names with multiple pronunciations or a pronunciation that may not be obvious, but if you love the name, I'd say use it, and people will catch on. There are worse things in life than having to clue people in on how to say your name the first time they meet you
