Charlotte Lenore/Charlotte Eira - Charlotte is such a lovely name! Charlotte Lenore seems a little heavy on the L sound, but it's still pretty. Charlotte Eira is nice as well, though you would definitely encounter spelling/pronunciation issues with it... that being said, though, I think it's much more useable in the middle name spot, especially when paired with such a classic name like Charlotte.
Arabella Roisin - Arabella is not really my style, but I like how even though it is old-fashioned, it fits in well with all the Ariana's and Isabella's today. Roisin is nice... again, I prefer it in the middle name spot since there would be spelling/pronunciation issues in English-speaking countries. Arabella Roisin sounds lovely!
Delilah Cyrene/Delilah Marceline - Delilah is nice. I've never heard of Cyrene before... to be honest, it sounds a bit made up to me. I had to do some research to learn that it is a Greek mythological name. It's not really my style, but I think it sounds nice with Delilah. Marceline seems a bit more approachable than Cyrene, but Delilah Marceline seems a bit too lengthy to me. So I would prefer Delilah Cyrene... or even Delilah Irene, Delilah Eileen, Delilah Selene/Celine... more "common" substitutes for the unusual Cyrene.
Eva Noelle - Lovely! I really like this one. The only problem I can think of with this combo is that it sounds kind of like Eve Noelle or Eve of Noelle, which seems very Christmas-y! Still, it's a very pretty combo!
Milena Tasmin - Neither names are my style... but the combo sounds nice! Milena is really pretty... do you pronounce it My-lay-nuh? Tasmin has never been a favorite of mine since it reminds me of talisman, which I think is kind of odd. Plus I knew a boy named Tasman, so maybe that's why I'm not fond it it! Do you like Milena Jasmine or Milena Tess or Milena Yasmin?
Sylvia Aisling - Sylvia is kind of clunky-sounding to me, but it's still nice. I'm not crazy about the combo though, since the "a" at the end of Sylvia seems to clash with the "a" at the beginning of Aisling... plus, for some reason, Sylvia and Aisling seem incompatible to me, Sylvia being Latin and old-fashioned, Aisling being very Irish and almost trendy-sounding, since it fits in with all the Ashley's, Asher's, Brooklyn's, etc.
Felicity Bethan - I love Felicity; it's so sweet-sounding! Bethan looks like a misspelling of Bethany to be honest... do you like Felicity Beth?
Camille Raisa - I really like Camille, and it's refreshing to see it as a first name! I'm not totally sure how to pronounce Raisa... I've heard it pronounced both ray-suh and rye-see-uh. With Camille, I think the Rye-ee-suh pronunciation sounds better, but the ray-suh spelling seems more intuitive.
Jocelyn Firenze - Jocelyn is a little dated to me, but it's still a pretty name. As for Firenze, it doesn't seem like an actual name to me... I think of the centaur in Harry Potter; is that where you got it? It also seems a bit too masculine to work as a girl's name.
Blair Hyacinth - Love the flow of this combo! I understand your concerns about Blair being unisex, but I think it would still go well with your other girls' names... Felicity and Blair, Blair and Noelle, etc. I personally like the Blaire spelling because it seems more feminine, like Claire.
Avery Sage - I like this combo, but I think the "ay" sound is repeated too much... AY-ver-ee sAY-g. How do you like Avery Skye as an alternative?
****
All in all, I like the first names you've chosen... they would all work well together as sisters. I've noticed you tend to opt for more unusual middle names, which I think is fine, especially since your first names are more familiar and approachable. Hope this helps!
