1. Veronica Esme Lenore ---- Veronica Iris Lenore ---------- Veronica Sylvie Lenore
This was a toughie! I love Veronica Iris Lenore, though the vowels kinda clash at the end of Veronica and the begining of Iris, but it sounds so beautiful anyways! My second choice would by Sylvie, cause that's darn cute as well!
2. Penelope June Cordelia --- Penelope Avril Rosetta ------ Penelope Sasha Beatrix
I loooove Penelope June Cordelia!!
3. Susannah Iris Yvette ------ Susannah Phoebe Helena --- Susannah Iris Helene
Beautiful! Flows well together and just sounds beautiful!
4. Cordelia Bridget Adele ---- Cordelia Daphne Odette ----- Cordelia Maren Felicity
Awwww, like like like Cordelia Bridget Adele! They all seem to suit each other so well, and sound great together!
5. Malcolm Sean Dominic ---- Malcolm Dominic Arthur ------- Malcolm Amos Barnaby
I feel like the second flows best. Maybe even Malcolm Arthur Dominic, maybe? In my personal opinion, Sean and Dominic sound alike. It just might be me though lol. But yeah, I like Arthur!
6. Lionel Edwin Gregory ------ Lionel Anthony Clark --------- Lionel Nathaniel Dean
Aww, Lionel is an adorable name <3 love it! And I think Anthony Clark sounds best after it!

I hope this helps!!

It absolutely helps Hayden (I can still call you that, yes?). Veronica Iris Lenore is the newest of those three, and I do see the clash but I think it still works. I think it has a really nice meaning too, "true image/rainbow/light" if you use Iris' Greek meaning.

Penelope June Cordelia is my oldest combo for Penelope, I was really surprised I like June as much as I do. It just sounds so much quirkier than I thought it would.

I really like Susannah Phoebe Helena, the only things that bother me about it is the double 'a' ending and that the two middles have the same number of letters. I'm so glad you still like it!

Bridget is one of my favorite middles, though the boyfriend doesn't like it.

Malcolm Arthur Dominic is what I had before I realized the initials (before the last name) would be MAD. I'm really not super happy with number 5 or 6 combos. Do you have any suggestions for Malcolm Arthur ________ ?

Before I looked it up, I had no idea how rare Lionel was. I know Leo names are getting a big popularity boost but it seems this is the only one that isn't lol. Fine with me. I really like Lionel Anthony Clark, not sure I love it though. I do think I love the initials being LAC (plus last name) since LAC is my little brother's initials. Do you have any suggests for Lionel _____ _______?

Thanks Hayden! <3

1. Veronica Esme Lenore - This one flows the best imo. I do prefer Iris to Esme in general, but Veronica Esme runs smooth.
2. Penelope June Cordelia - I love this! It's perfect!
3. Susannah Iris Helene - I chose this one because it feels lighter than the other two. Susannah Phoebe Helena feels very heavy and clunky.
4. Cordelia Maren Felicity - The first two combos are very 'D' heavy. I love Cordelia, Bridget & Adele. I even love Bridget Adele and Cordelia Bidget but the three together feel weighted.
5. Malcolm Dominic Arthur - This was a tough choice. I don't care for Sean at all and I don't feel like it fits with Malcolm in terms of style. Dominic feels a bit out of place too. I think Malcolm and Arthur are great together but Dominic isn't doing much to bridge them. Malcolm Amos is awesome but Barnaby is messing with the flow.
6. Lionel Anthony Clark - This one feels the most fluid. I don't care for the double 'el' endings with Lionel Nathaniel. Lionel Edwin Clark could work too.

1. Veronica Esme Lenore ---- Veronica Iris Lenore ---------- Veronica Sylvie Lenore
I think Iris helps shorten the name. It adds a lot of beauty and grace to the name.
2. Penelope June Cordelia --- Penelope Avril Rosetta ------ Penelope Sasha Beatrix
The other two don't seem to go well together in my opinion. June and Cordelia compliment each other well.
3. Susannah Iris Yvette ------ Susannah Phoebe Helena --- Susannah Iris Helene
I really like all three of these names. They are all slightly more old-fashioned, so they go nicely together.
4. Cordelia Bridget Adele ---- Cordelia Daphne Odette ----- Cordelia Maren Felicity
There's more diversity in the sounds of these three names, so they flow smoothy.
5. Malcolm Sean Dominic ---- Malcolm Dominic Arthur ------- Malcolm Amos Barnaby
All three names sound very handsome.
6. Lionel Edwin Gregory ------ Lionel Anthony Clark --------- Lionel Nathaniel Dean
Edwin isn't my favorite and I think Lionel doesn't flow well with Nathaniel because they both end in "L". Anthony and Clark sound great with Malcolm!

Sure can! :) I think it absolutely works too, and the meaning sounds beautiful :)

Lately, I've been loving June myself, actually! I do tend to like quirky names though, and it just feels like one of those old names ready to be brought back! <3 It especially makes a good middle name, being short and all, and just sounds nice <3 The entire combo does sound a bit quirky, but again, I like quirky hehe. It's really nice though!

Oh, I didn't notice that! Two A endings... I think it could still work fine, apparently its smooth enough I didn't notice it when saying it out loud! And I didn't notice the amount of letters in the middles either! Hehe, usually I notice patterns as such <3 The number of letters for the middle, I think no one would notice either :) Either way though, I still really like it!

Aww, always really sad when the boyfriend doesn't like favorite names... My boyfriend doesn't like my absolute favorite boys name! Oh well, I love other ones too... But I do love how Bridget sounds in sounds with Cordelia and Adele!!!

Oh dear! MAD doesn't work...

Malcolm Arthur

I know! It's such a handsome name, and it has nick name Leo, which is too darn handsome <3 And plus, its the name of a musical person or something... I can suggest some here too, and maybe even get the initials in? ;)

Yeah, my name choices (particularly for girls) tend to be clunky. I try to avoid it, but it is difficult when most of my favorite names are 3-4 syllables and I only like about 4 1-syllable names (and most of them just never seem right as a middle). Just curious - how do you pronounce Bridget? I pronounce it with almost no d... I really like Maren Felicity though. Felicity is one of those names I really like as a first but can't use there. And I really don't mind the 'D' heaviness of Cordelia Daphne Odette. I definitely see your point on 5, but I just haven't found the right 3rd name for Malcolm Arthur. I actually didn't notice the double 'el' endings. Lionel Edwin Clark sounds nice but I don't think I want something that close in number of letters. It just feels off somehow. Thanks for your help, D3sire, you've given me a lot to think about.

Yeah, the bf agrees with me on some, and I like his favorite name (Fiona) a lot. I think he just thinks Bridget is too stuffy. He sorta nixed Gwendolen for me, which was on my list awhile, but he said Guinevere was alright. Also, he's one of those guys named after his grandfathers (my dad was too). I'm telling you - that's not gonna happen if I have kids. Mark Charles wouldn't be terrible, but I'm really not a fan lol. I think with Malcolm Arthur I'm going to need a 3 syllable, otherwise pattern will be 2 2 2 2. I really like Jonah, Samuel, Simon, and Wesley. I assume you mean't Casper, not AbramCasper lol? Since Abel is solidly in my favorite name, I'm afraid all Ab- middle names are out. I really like Casper and Chandler. Thanks Hayden!

1. Veronica Esme Lenore ---- Veronica Iris Lenore ---------- Veronica Sylvie Lenore
--Veronica is a name with strong sounds (hard R and C) it needs a soft name to go with it. Esme is a bit harsh with the EZ sound following Veronica. Iris is also a bit harsh with the strong R again. But Sylvie is soft and the V sound repeated in both Veronica & Sylvie and the L in Sylvie & Lenore connects them without being overpowering.

2. Penelope June Cordelia --- Penelope Avril Rosetta ------ Penelope Sasha Beatrix
--If I went by names alone I would choose Penelope June Cordelia. But not only do I love all of these names, they are alike in style and seem to just go together. I also like the flow of Penelope Sasha Beatrix but these names (while they sound great together) look disjointed. I would eliminate Avril Rosetta because of the strong R repeated close together.

3. Susannah Iris Yvette ------ Susannah Phoebe Helena --- Susannah Iris Helene
--Hm. Toughie. I like Susannah Phoebe Helena. These names go well together style wise. However I think Susannah Helena Phoebe would flow better. Susannah Iris Helene is also nice. The names also go well together but the two middle names being two syllables with a two syllable last name throws the rhythm off. Maybe Susannah Iris Helena. There isn't anything wrong with Susannah Iris Yvette, I just prefer the other combinations.

4. Cordelia Bridget Adele ---- Cordelia Daphne Odette ----- Cordelia Maren Felicity
--Cordelia Daphne Odette definitely has some rhythm, but the D's may be a bit overpowering. For some reason the D's in Cordelia Bridget Adele don't bother me as much. Probably because the D in Bridget is overpowered by the G which is really all you hear. I like Cordelia Maren but Felicity seems out of place in this set.

5. Malcolm Sean Dominic ---- Malcolm Dominic Arthur ------- Malcolm Amos Barnaby
--The flow of the 2:1:3:2 syllables of Malcolm Sean Dominic is a bit awkward. Dominic seems out of place to me in the presense of Malcolm & Arthur though the flow of this one is fine. I adore the name Amos  and Barnaby has great rhythm in the middle name spot. Malcolm Amos Barnaby W_____ would be a great name.

6. Lionel Edwin Gregory ------ Lionel Anthony Clark --------- Lionel Nathaniel Dean
--As long as your last name doesn't start with WIN then Lionel Edwin Gregory is fine. If it does I'd remove Edwin from your list. Lionel Anthony Clark is okay but I think that with a two syllable last name Lionel Edwin Gregory flows better. I'm not a fan of how Lionel & Nathaniel rhyme.

Thanks Katie!!!

1. Veronica Esme Lenore ---- Veronica Iris Lenore ---------- Veronica Sylvie Lenore

But Sylvie is soft and the V sound repeated in both Veronica & Sylvie and the L in Sylvie & Lenore connects them without being overpowering.
______________
If I had to pick between Esme, Iris, and Sylvie, I would definitely choose Sylvie. I'm glad you picked it! My only problem with it is the look - Sylvie and Lenore have the same number of letters and that kinds makes Iris and Esme look more appealing.

______________
Sigh - I really wish I could use Sasha, Beatrix, or Rosetta. I tend to pick clashing names I guess since the more mild ones I like less (like June, it is quite nice but I'd pick Sasha wayyyy before it). I think it is hard for me to sacrifice using names I love for names I only like, and the compromise I make tends to lead to things like the repeating R or D. It is so hard to balance 4 names!

Probably because the D in Bridget is overpowered by the G which is really all you hear. I like Cordelia Maren but Felicity seems out of place in this set.
______________
Yeah, when I pronounce Bridget I get very little D. Felicity is another name I'd love to find a place for but haven't yet. Katie, what combos would you make from these name to make them fit better? I seem to be blinded by my preferences.

______________
I honestly just threw the last one together, Malcolm and Lionel haven't been on my list long and I don't have much solidity there. I really love Amos too (I also like Abel). Barnaby is really new for me, I have as much trouble finding three syllable boy names as I do finding 1 syllable girl names.

______________
Last name starts with WIL - hopefully that isn't too close. Yes, I really should remove Lionel Nathaniel Dean. Like I said before, I really didn't notice that. How about Lionel Dean Anthony? Is it repetitive again with the An of Dean/Anthony? I have reallyyy short lists so it is hard to find things that work..

Thanks soooooo much Katie, talking to people helps me think these things through. Like I said, do you have any suggestions I might like?
