Our last name starts with a C and is pretty long and ends with “son”. I think Isla is so pretty, and I’ve always loved Cecilia too. Would Cecilia be too many C’s with our last name, especially if we call her Cece? It’s also a longer name so gets lengthy with our last name, but I think Cecilia is so pretty and Cece is such a cute nickname. We love Isla because we love Hawaii and got engaged there and it reminds us of the tropical island. Our nursery theme is a soft tropical boho theme so fitting for an Isla...but is Isla too popular now? My husband added this name to our list without knowing it is popular and he loves it and doesn't care if it's popular, I'm not sure how much I care about how popular (though will it be very "dated"?). So torn!! Help us name our first baby please!!
