*NOT TRYING TO STEAL FROM LILLI'SHEART!!!*
Ok. This popped in my head a few days ago and is REALLY troubling me.

My biological mom passed away when I was 1. Her sister's(my aunt's) name is Sarah Alyse(pn Elise) and my parents named me Emily Alyse(yes, I go by my mn). My sister has been pondering all of the name combos she likes and I asked her to consider ______ Alyse even though she is not part of that family. BUT, I have a cousin who is like a sister to me who is glad to carry the tradition on. OR, should I just give my first daughter the Alyse middle name?

WDYT? Sorry if this is confusing!:) (Please tell if it is...I got no replies on my last one:()

I agree with the poster above. Keep the middle name Alyse in your family and use it for your daughters middle name.
