We really want to combine my Italian heritage with my husbands Irish. We are having twin boys in July and we have no idea what to name them. How can you combine two different cultures and make the names flow together? Many Thanks.

Luka Blaine sound nice.
The first names are Italian and the middle names Irish or Gaelic. I think these names are really great, please consider.
