To me Britney Amber sounds so "normal" for lack of a better word.  I think your other choices were kind of out of the ordinary.  I was also confused by the three name choices because Britney has only two.  I would stick with the same for your second daughter or she might feel different.  How about switching some of your favorites:

Joanna Kim

Catharina Nicolette

I would drop Helly all together.  I think the future may bring some playground harrassing with a name like that.  Hell is actually in it  It also rhymes with Jelly and Belly.  How about Natalia, Julia, Louisa, Johanna, Liberty Rose (to honor your God Bless America comment).  Good Luck!!

Liberty Rose is so cute and the nn Libby is nice too! I agree that you should try to make siblings names flow. Maybe just pick one more unusual name and then balance it out with something more simple.

Ulga Catherina has a nice flow to it, but have you considered:

Elga (sacred)

Margo (pearl)

Hannah (grace)

Combos I like

Alma Catherina (soul, nuturing)

Catherina Nicole

Kimberly Joanne

Hope it helps!
