So, since it's now officially spring in the Midwest, I've been thinking about nature names. These are my favorites:

Acacia
Delphine
Flora
Iris
Jasmine
Linnea
Magnolia
Poppy
Rose
Lotus
Raine
Canyon
Linden
Oriole
Juniper
Sage
Hazel
Olive
Marina
Wade - not technically a nature name, but it's related to water, so it count.
Larkin
Luna

I also really like Lily and a lot of its variations, like Lilia, Lila, and Lilian.

So those are my favorites. Some of them are strictly GPs, but I thought they were worth mentioning. So what are your favorite nature names? Any that you would use?

Clementine
Daisy
Fern
Ivy
Jade
Pearl
Ruby
Savannah
Sienna
Sierra
Tara

Come to think of it, there are so many great nature names! ^_^

I love nature inspired names! Some of my favorites:

Girls
Clementine - I name I like, but I wouldn't ever use
Clover - Love this name! I used to pretend this was my name when I was little.
Fleur - really pretty, has a timeless feel to it
Katniss - obviously from The Hunger Games. It's a lovely name though, but I would never actually use it because of THG popularity
Sparrow - a GP name for sure
Willow - so pretty
Lake - really pretty and so unique
Lark - I just love the sound of this
Lavender - this has been on my list forever. Definitley more of a GP name now. I don't think I would ever actually use it.
Lilac - pretty
Lily - pretty, but oh so common
Rose - also common, but I love this and might use it as a middle name in the future
Sky - lovely
Starr - definitely a GP, but still pretty
Violet - great middle name and really pretty
Winter - different, but not too crazy
Bluebell - I've always been fond of the combo Hannah Bluebell

Boys
River - I've always loved River. I would definitely use it, but I don't know if my future spouse would be into it so it's pretty much a GP name for me.

I tend to prefer nature inspired names on girls because I usually go for more masculine sounding boy names.
