Hello! There aren't many names starting with O and it's extremely difficult (maybe impossible) to find one that incorporates those names. It depends how you want to incorporate them.
Maybe names with the same meaning? Or names with similar sounds?

My favorite name is Oriana. Other ideas:

Octavia
Ophelia
Olympia
Orchid
Oceana
Oak
Olive
Ondina
Otilia
Orlanda
Ophelie
Ondine
Otillie
Oriane
Orquidea
Odette
Oprah
Olena
Olivette
Oneida
Orabella
Oakley
October
Onda
Omega
Obedience
Opal
Oxana
Orla
Olwen
Omaira
Olga

We need a middle name to go with the first name Una. The requirements are:

1. It has to start with an "O".
2. It can't be the name Olivia.
3. It has to somehow incorporate the names Rebecca and Kathryn.
4. It can be any length.
5. It can be any language.

Thank you!

These two names are the first names of my fiancé and I's moms! My mom's middle name was Ann. So you can use Ann instead of Kathryn if you need to!

Oriana is a good name

Olessia

Olexa

^ you could use O in replacement of a number of A names, perhaps even some names that start with E as well.
