I think its a cute nick name in the sense its used.. Like, I wouldn't ever name my little girl with the intention of calling her Pia. But, its adorable how Dylan calls her Pia cause he can't really talk well yet and all. And it could stick as a family nick name. And honestly, Sophia is such a popular name so having a unique nick name may be nice! But, I suppose as she grows older it will be all her decision as to whether she wants to be called Sophia, Sophie, Soph, Fifi, or Pia or whatever she likes hehe <3

I think that is cute for a nickname. Pia. I like the NN Zoe for Sophia. Don't ask how that works. I just saw it and liked it.

My Mum's friends Daughter is named Sofia & everyone calls her 'Fia' for short.
Its makes a cute nickname, but I wouldn't use 'Pia' as a full name for my Daughter.
