One of my best friends fiance is named Cherico (Chair-ih-co) and his parents named him that because it supposed to be some kind of Native American name but when I researched it all that came up was a few families with Cherico as a surname. It's an interesting choice, and I thought I'd share it with you ladies and see if any of you might take a fancy to it.

General thoughts on the name? :)

It sounds nice and all (sort of like Jericho) but... when I look at it all I see is Cheerio. Maybe that is just me.

When I first read it, I missed the C in there and thought it said Cherio.. like cheerio's you eat  opps! Once I got it right, it sounded like a variation of Jericho. Jericho is a biblical place name, so idk. Thats what came to mind :)

Cherico is interesting though. Not my style, but interesting :)
