Ian is okay, but I don't like Ean at all, sorry.
That is most certainly okay Alyssa, not everyone has the same view as me!
I work for a doctor named Ian and he is an awful person to work for, so I prefer not to use that spelling!

Not all names need to be long and sophistocated. Sometimes short and sweet is the way to go

I like the "e" spelling better with Rhys. It just looks better imo
Yeah, I don't like Rhys with the "i" spelling!
