Hello! Piper Jane is a good combination! I love Rose, but I don't like Chandler. I see you want the names to end in -er and you like unisex names. These are my suggestions:

I think that Piper Jane and Chandler Rose are very cute. I love the name Chandler paired with the mn Rose.
