I saw it in a book one time and fell in love with it! Maybe I could use as a middle name!
One good thing about writing is I get to use all my guilty pleasure names and use the excuse that it just fit them to well:D

I thought of another couple

Sebastian
Tancred
Lysander
Harrison
Sawyer

Lillyth (I have no idea why but I feel like I can't use it)
Cameron
Alyvia ( I love this spelling but I can't see myself ever using it also the name is to popular)

Yikes! Everyone keeps saying "Aurora", which is what I plan on naming my baby. Oh well, I think I'm daring enough to do it!

I would say:

Girls:
Soleil (Love it, but used to have a cat with that name)
Solenna (Hubby doesn't like it, and thought it was pronounced like Selena)
Cosette (Almost named my first daughter this, but my family members kept pronouncing it "Casette")
Heaven Leigh
Azariah (It's a Hebrew male name and so is the root of my daughter's name, but just not brave enough to go there)

Boys:
Sebastian (Would be too much "Little Mermaid", considering my daughter's name)
Ananias

My husband's are:

Girls:
Amber Sunshine

Boys:
Melchezidek
Elimelech

He actually wanted to go with those, though!

Oh, I forgot Madison. I love it soooo much and would have named my son that (if he'd been a girl) but it's way too popular now.

Girls:
Sailor-I LOVE it but idk if I could use it...
Sawyer- again I LOVE it but idk...this one I am more likely to use...
Saoirse- BEAUTIFUL! but I wouldn't want people to mispronounce it (which would happen a lot I would imagine)
Harlow- too trendy

Boys:
Bryler- I really like this one but it seems made up...idk
Haakon- LOVE it but I think people would mispronounce it...although I am more likely to use this one!

I adore all these names, and I have even used a few of them in stories I've written, but I don't think I could even name a child any of these in real life.

Girls:
Skye-too celebrity
Siobhan-i love this name, especially since I'm Irish, but I know a lot of people would have trouble with the pronunciation.
Caela-its the latin word for 'skies'. just too unique to use in real life
Saffron I adore this name, but I don't think I'd ever have the guts to use it in real life
Autumn-too theme-y
Persephone-i love greek mythology names, but i don't think they work well in real life
Athena-see persephone

Boys:
Cian/Kian-i love this name (another irish one) but i think it'd be mispronounced all the time
Caelan-see cian
Cade-I just can't see myself actually using this one
Orion-love this name, but not for a kid
Sebastian-I have no idea why I wouldn't use this one, but I just know I would not
Carlisle-too twilight. plus, i can't see it on a little kid

Sienna - I usually don't like super trendy names, but this one is just so pretty (even though I'd never use it)
Viola - I just love the name, but it reminds alot of people of an old lady
Morgan - Unisex names aren't usually my style but for some reason I've always loved this one
Juliet - Quite obvious
Delilah - Love the name, but I would never want my daughter's name to remind people of that horrible radio host
Willow - Trendy but pretty
Carly - Cute but wouldn't age well
Emme - Same as above
Lola - I love the ring to the name, but it's really cutesy and nickname-y for me to ever use
Leia - Princess Leia, need I say more?
Summer - Trendy and dated, but for some reason I love it
Harper - It's not very feminine and is trendy, but for some reason I can't get the name out of my head. Perhaps Ben Harper is the reason...
Zinnia - I love flower names, even weird ones like this!
Roma - I love short and sweet names and I love the sound but roma tomatoes always pop into my head. I don't think I'd have the guts to use it ever

Morgaza I heard it at Camelot rehearsal one day and loved it but wouldn't have the guts to use it because I heard it at musical practice!

Eh. I think that if you like a name, I mean really really REALLY like a name, you should use it no matter what because if you don't, who will? For example, I love the name Amadeus, but I got a load of negative reviews about it. People told me it was way too out there and that the kid would get associated with Mozart. I still plan on using it one day, though, because I like it. It will age well and is timeless. Plus, I'm a musician, which makes it all the more lovely :) Seriously, who WOULDN'T want to be compared to Mozart?

P.S. I've noticed that I have friends with a lot of these names that you guys are listing. Does that mean we all have weird names?

Maybe I noticed that to Sam I think it just means that people love those names but feel that they we're to popular when we were little and now they have gone into name heaven until the amazing one can be once again draw back down into popularity!
