Ingrid Sunday Lark - Ingrid is a bit clunky for my taste, but I think it would work well on both a little girl and a grown woman. I'm generally not a fan of two word names paired together like Sunday Lark (it sounds to me like you're describing a lark on a Sunday), but I think the flow of this combo works very well.
India Ruth is a lovely combo. The flow works perfectly.
Evangeline Sophia Pearl - The flow seems a bit off in this combo to me. Sophia Evangeline Pearl seems to flow better, but the "a" at the end of Sophia and the "E" at the beginning of Evangeline clash a bit. How do you like Evelyn Sophia Pearl, Elodie Sophia Pearl, Evangeline Scarlett Pearl?
Elsa Gwendolen Hope is also gorgeous. The flow is lovely.
Juliet Eve - For some reason the flow seems off to me here. I think Juliet Grace, for instance, gives it a bit more finality.
Zola Story -
Annalie is such a pretty name. I would love to meet a girl named Annalie.
Maeva - I would love to meet someone named Maeva, too. I love Maeve, but there's something about Maeva! Do you pronounce it like Maeve-uh?
Sidda doesn't sound like an acutal name to me... more like a nickname, though I'm not sure for what.
Scout also seems like a nickname or pet name. I like the allusion to To Kill a Mockingbird, but I'm not sure if it would fare well on a real person.
Eleanor is a very pretty, classic name.
Ada Naomi - Hmm... I can't decide whether I like Ada Naomi or Naomi Ada better. Still, both names compliment each other well!
-------
Ezra Stephen Fox - I love it! Ezra is so handsome, and it works well with the middle names you chose.
Nehemiah Rory Daniel - Nehemiah seems a little antiquated to me. I like Daniel as a middle though!
Thomas Eli Robin - I love Thomas! I think Thomas Eli sounds better than Thomas Eli Robin though.
Espen Andrew Thatcher - Espen reminds me too much of ESPN, sorry! I love Andrew and Thatcher though.
Friedrich Caspar "Fritz" - I think the "ch"/"k" sound clashes a bit in Friedrich and Caspar. Fritz is a really cute nickname though!
Silas Percy Archer - Again, while I like all three names, I think Silas Percy sounds better than Silas Percy Archer.
Ezekiel Gavin - I think Gavin Ezekiel has the better flow... and Gavin is so handsome!
Forrest Anselm "Four" - Personally, I would keep this one as a guilty pleasure. But I think Four is a cute nickname for Forrest.
Uriah Felix Darby - I'm not a fan of Uriah, but I think the flow of the combo works well!
Stellan - Not my personal style, but it's okay!
Judah Larkin - Not my style, but okay!
Shepherd - I'm not sure how wearable this is... but I love the nickname Shep!
Wren - I've seen this more on a girl, so I don't know how it would fare on a boy.
Salem - Due to the Salem Witch Trials, I think this name has a bit of a negative image. Perhaps you could use it as a middle name?
Benjamin - Handsome!
Linus Drake Esbjorn - While I like the connection to Peanuts/Charlie Brown, I think Linus has some teasing potential, since it rhymes with sinus. The combo in total seems a bit of a mouthful to me.
