This is our first child, not due for a while. We decided to come up with a list of names to narrow down our options, since there are only a few that we agree on. Naming styles range from nature/bohemian/norse/etc.

Name suggestions are much appreciated!

Girls:

Gwendolyn Echo

Lyra Hazel

Aslan Sparrow

Heylia Ivy (would be pronounced "Hail-ia")

Elora Fawn

Honora Posey (pronounced like "Annora")

Berlin Ivy

Evangeline Fawn

Boys:

Cassian Bear

Rune Matthew

Breccan Ash

Lucan Cypress

Arlo Forest

Lucian Wolf

Stellan Fox

Bodhi Chandler

You already seem to ahavea great list! With the first child, it needs to be ssomethingspecial. People rcanregret a certain name. For example, if a mother enamesher 👶child Sara, it's popular. She may not want that. I would choose something entirely unique. My faivorite on your list is Aslan Sparrow. It gives off a nature vibe.

Girls:

Favorites - Lyra Hazel, Elora Fawn, Honora Posey

Gwendolyn Echo - Echo seems more like a codename

Aslan Sparrow - sounds like a more masculine name, especially since Aslan in Narnia was the male lion

Heylia Ivy (would be pronounced "Hail-ia") - prefer the spelling Halia over Heylia, but not a fan of hail-lia, sounds like "hail ya!"

Berlin Ivy - Adore Berlin, not sure if Ivy is the correct middle name for this combo

Evangeline Fawn - Evangeline is nice but don't think Fawn flows

Boys:

Favorites- Arlo Forest, Bodhi Chandler, Cassian Bear, Stellan Fox

Rune Matthew- Ooh nice, but what about Rune Matthias instead of Matthew

Breccan Ash - is it pronounced brek-ken, if so it sounds like "breakin' ash"

Lucan Cypress- Not a fan of Cypress

Lucian Wolf

I like Aslan Sparrow, Elora Fawn, and Berlin Ivy. For boys I like Arlo Forest. I just think Aslan is just such a unique and interesting name for a girl. I really like it.

I've already commented on several of these on a previous thread, so I won't repeat myself on this one. I'll just say what I think of the new names you've added.

Girls:

Gwendolyn Echo

Lyra Hazel- You had Lyra Sage in your previous post, which I thought was lovely. Lyra Hazel is even better!

Aslan Sparrow- I would love this combo on a boy. Like Aquarius101 said, I think of this as a masculine name since Aslan from the Narnia books is a male lion. Have you thought about Ashlyn/Aislinn? It has a similar sound.

Heylia Ivy (would be pronounced "Hail-ia")- I've never heard Heylia before, but it has an interesting and beautiful sound. You might have some issues with people mispronouncing the name. However, I think Heylia Ivy is a beautiful combo.

Elora Fawn- I prefer Elora Poet from your previous list, but Elora Fawn is not a bad combo either.

Honora Posey (pronounced like "Annora")- Cute! Again, may have a few pronunciation issues, but since it the name contains the word honor, most people will probably pronounce it correctly.

Berlin Ivy- Not a fan of Berlin.

Evangeline Fawn

Boys:

Cassian Bear- I LOVE Cassian; it's become one of my new favorites. I've never liked Bear. For some reason it's never seemed like a name to me like Fox and Wolf.

Rune Matthew- Matthew is a longtime favorite of mine. I don't have strong feelings either way on Rune.

Breccan Ash- LOVE this combo! Breccan is such a cool name, and Ash goes well with it.

Lucan Cypress- You had Lucan Tate on your previous list. I think I like Lucan Cypress better. The multi-syllable middle name flows better, IMO.

Arlo Forest

Lucian Wolf- LOVE this combo too! Lucian is one of my favorites, and Wolf is such a cool, underused name.

Stellan Fox

Bodhi Chandler

My top three favorites from each of your lists are Lyra Hazel, Heylia Ivy, and Honora Posey for girls, and Breccan Ash, Lucian Wolf, and Stellan Fox for boys.
