I'm guessing this is a funny story, and I'm just thinking about it being told from the perspective of one of the kids, so I went with some humorous names.
Mom Ella
Dad Joe
Grandpa Papa Heath
Grandma Mama Sue
14 year old girl Briar
10 year old twin boys Buck and Butch
7 year old girl BoDean
Baby Billy/Billie
Dog Scruff

One syllable names are always good. Hillbillies/rednecks are simplistic folk so long flowery names are not what they are into. Keep things short and sweet.
Earl
Fred
Jim
Joe
John
Judd
Buck
Zeke
Wyatt (I know its two syllables but it's the most redneck name I've ever heard...)
