What is your favourite combo from the given list? Can you please suggest more middle name options?

My favorites from the middle names you listed are Nathaniel, Silas, Jack and Seth.
I think they all go wonderfully with Adrian;

Maybe the last N in Adrian and the first one in Nathaniel kinda run into each other, but it's nothing major.
Oh, and Adrian Silas has a redundant "Ah" sound, and that's about the only downside I can think of.

Adrian Jack is incredibly handsome and so is Adrian Seth.

I'm a tad biased becuase I have a little brother named "Adryin" (pronouced Ad-ree-in) My mom and dad spelled it like that because a friend just named their son Adrian so ya. But his middle name is Amadeus. If you don't like the AA, a tip is Don't use a name that ends in N for his middle name. I.E Adrian Declan doesn't roll off the tounge unless said with the last name, Adrian Declan Smith.
