I love your name choices!!!
Ryleigh Kate is nice, I absolutely adore the name Kate. And Kate Sophia is fav name number 2, after Maeve Isabel on my list!! I prefer Riley spelled this way, and also on a boy. But it is nice <3
Allison Renee nick name Allie is a cute name as well! It flows well and will age well <3
Sophia Claire sounds very sophisticated and beautiful! Gorgeous! Sophia is just so darn popular, but I love it anyways.
Aubrey Sophia is my absolute favorite on your list!!!! Aubrey isn't horribly popular, and the name is just so gorgeous. Love love love! And Sophia just sounds so wonderful with Aubrey! I had this combo on my list for a while as lol, though Sophia went after Kate now, and Aubrey Michaela is my new combo for it.

Aubrey Sophia is incredibly popular but has a nice flow. Matthew and Aubrey would make a great combo.
Ryleigh Kate... I'm not a fan of Ryleigh or just "Kate", but they sound find together.
Sophia Claire... I actually really like this one! Claire makes a great middle name choice.
Allison Renee... Allison is very pretty. I'm not crazy about Allie, though. How about: Alexis, Alessandra, Alexandra, Alice, Alissa?

Aubrey Sophia - I much prefer Audrey. Audrey Sophia is timeless and elegant. Aubrey feels a bit clunky to me. I think the flow is nice.
Ryleigh Kate - Ryleigh feels really trendy. I do like Kate.
Sophia Claire - Pretty. Good flow too.
Allison Renee (Allie) - Feels really 70's dated to me. Both Allison & Renee had their prime in the 70's.

Ryleigh Kate: I like it.
Sophia Claire: Ohh very pretty. My second favorite. Claire is a very filler middle name though.
Allison Renee (Allie): My least favorite. Allison is quite overused TBH. Very old-fashioned
