My sister & me have been going a little name crazy here lately and we've actually gotten our boyfriends to have full out discussions on names. So opinions on both & suggestions for me.

Okay no I definetly don't think naming ur kids after n ex bf is right!! Is she crazy?? Unless the boy died I could understand. Also one question is Rossie supposed to be pronounced like Rosie or Ross-ie? If its Rosie Elaine I think its cute not a fan of. R.ossie.
I also really like Kristen Summer.

He's pronouncing it Ross-ie. My sister wants to as a nickname for Rosaline or something beginning with Ros. He wants jus Rossie. Both names (Rossie & Elaine) are snowboard brands & he's a big snowboarder.

And no, Alex isn't dead. She just wants to name her kids after him. They're still real close & he's probably going to be their godfather. My issue with it is her bf doesn't realize it's after the ex. If he knew & was okay with it it'd be a different story. But these guys hate each other.

I like Kristen Summer but I'm not sure of the flow with Martin's last name. Kristen Summer Baker. Too many 2 syllable names. I really like Kristen Leigh but Martin has a no ex policy & he thinks it's too close to his ex's name, Katherine Lee. If I have a daughter she'll have Summer in it somewhere to honor my deceased cousin (Leigh was her middle name but I can't use it per Martin's no ex rule).

So names out of the running are Talon, Miles, Noah, Scott and probably James (it's a family name so I might get away with it). Ashley, Kathrine (any name that could have Kat/Kitten as a nn), Lee & it's variations, and Marie.

Lots of rules but thanks to anyone with opinions/suggestions on anything.

I think Rosaline nick name Rossie would be a bit cuter. Elaine is sweet! Rossie Elaine does sound nice

And I think its really wrong to name a kiddo after an ex boyfriend..... :x I mean, if they were just bff's and all, thats one thing. Cause I plan to give my kid a middle name that related to Kai's name because he is my bff, even though he's an ex bf. But I am completely over that and we have been just bff's for years now (for a year before we went out we were bff's, and we still are now, 2 years later). It sounds like a clingy ex girlfriend to wanna name her future kiddos like that... Idk. Especially since her bf isn't cool with the other kid D: That sounds like a problem waiting to happen lol. Maybe when she actually has kids she'll have.. less problematic names planned out<3

Brian Robert is nice, sturdy and handsome. Kristen Summer and Kristen Faith are both beautiful! I kinda like Kristen Summer the best <3

There's a few suggestions... wdyt? I can make combo's of any names you like and all... though my brain is mushing at the moment and coming up with names off hand isn't working haha. Well, I hope what little I suggesred at least helps!

Name suggestion/combos are always welcomed and appreciated.
My sister and Alex are still friends and they were friends before they started dating but he still likes her and she still kinda likes him. I really hope that she finds something less problem-matic.

I like Benjamin possibly with Caine. I like Damian and Isaiah as well but my family pitches a hissy fit at anything off the "normal" range (Jason, Chase, Austin, etc). Martin's family is all the older names (Hazel, Edith, Franklin, Oscar, etc). Martin and I have really different taste in names so we're trying to find ones we both like.

We have Isaiah Caine but idk how well it works with Brian and Kristen as a sib set plus it runs the risk of me calling him Izzy. And I think he's set on those two picks however I seriously forsee us getting oopsed with twins (they run in my family), so we're trying to find a boy/girl name to go with them as a set.

I like Oliver and mayber Spencer but I'm not sure on the -er in the first name and then -er in the last name (Baker). I'm kinda odd on things like that. Other names we've tossed around are Ryan, Owen, Jacob as first names. Martin loves Eric as a middle name (he's rooting for Virgil as a middle, but not it's not happening).

Girl names we've played with are Natalya/Natalia, Aria, and Ainsley. We'll probably use Summer as the middle name for a girl in honor of my cousin who died in January since Leigh is out of the running.

I'm open to pretty much anything you can throw at me, I'm continually playing with names.

Well, doesn't matter what the family thinks. It'd be your baby I suffer the same thing though, I used to share my name list and all but they just don't have the same taste in names. So they'll see my name choice after I have a little one haha!

Benjamin Cain would be handsome! I know a kid named Damian... and not only is he really hot, but he's such a sweet guy! So I automatically love the name! Blond hair and blue eyes hehehe! Isaiah is a pretty normal name, Biblical at that. So they should have a problem with that. Isaiah Damian would make a fine combo!

Brian, Kristen, and Isaiah.. I like it personally As long as you don't call Kristen by Kris and Izzy by that cause Kris and Izzy are somewhat close.. but honestly, not too bad. Well Izzy and Kristen don't sound bad at all! Not at all clashy. Just a little if you call her Kris... but even then, when I say them out loud I don't quite think they sound too close. I don't know <3

True, the -er would bother me as well. Ryan, Owen and Jacob are all nice! Jacob Eric would flow pretty well!

OoOo, I like Natalia, Aria, and Ainsley! I have Aria Cadence on my name list, Sophia Natalie/Sophie Natalia as well, and I can't remember the middle name I had for Ainsley I think Natalia Faith and Kristen Summer would be a gorgeous combo!

My sister is technically younger than me but we're in the same grade. She's 16, I'm essentially 17.

My family has told me they would torment any kid I had named Damian or Isaiah.
Calling Kristen Kris or Isaiah Izzy would be up to them once they got older and would depend on their personality as a baby and such.
Martin loves Isaiah Caine. But I'm leaning towards Jacob & maybe callin him Jake or depending on his middle name JT or JC.

Ideas or opinions?

Rossie Elaine: Not a fan. Rossie sounds like a nickname & it sounds made-up.
Robert Charles Jr: I dont like 'Jrs'. Robert Charles is strong.
Alexis (nn Alex) Cheyenne: I adore the name. I guess it depends on how bad the break up was. I wouldn't do it. But if she is comfortable with it.. then no worries
Matthew Joseph: My favorite. Love it.

Brian Robert: Too old-fashioned for me.
Kristen Summmer or Kristen Faith: Kristen Summer is gorgeous. Summer gives it a really refreshed feel.
Faith [insert middle name here] would be another great combo. Maybe Faith Madeline or Faith Isobel.

Kristen Summer-definate
James Eric/Bethany Cadence (nn Annie)-We're positive on James Eric if we have a 2nd bio son, but aren't sure on Bethany Cadence. Martin wants something that has the nn Annie that isn't Anne.

Katlyn and Robbie:

Robert Charles Jr.-definate
Rossi Elaine- Spelling change to match the brand name exactly. Rossi will be the offical first name, not a nickname.
Matthew Joseph-She talked him into, regardless of the ex boyfriend connection.
