I love Charlotte and Leo. I prefer Luke to Lucas but its nice as well. I like River but would never use it. I like Leo Daniel and Charlotte Marie.

River is pretty cute, but I don't know if I would use it.
From your list I like Charlotte Marie, Leo Daniel, Luke Micheal. I would probably pick something different for River's middle name, mainly because Lee is plain.

All in all, I think your names are too common to be my style, but they all nice in their own way, and flow well the the middle names too.

Love the name Charlotte!!!
Leo is nice, growing on me.
Lucas - I really like. My son is Luke Thomas
River - I think is cute, more of a guilty pleasure though.
For middle names, I'm a big fan of using that spot to honor someone.
