So, Apollo is a new found Biblical name I have fallen in love for. (The guy in the Bible is actually named Apollos and he is found in the book of Acts.)

I think I especially like it as a mn... thoughts? Combo suggestions?

Thanks ladies!! <3

Most people aren't going to recognize Apollo as a Biblical name but rather associate it with the Greek god of music and poetry and the sun.

As for middle names it could be hard to wear so I'd pair it with something a little more classic or mainstream.

Apollo Christopher
Apollo Henry
Apollo Charles
Apollo Mason
Apollo James
Apollo Nathan
Apollo Ethan

I agree, many will not recognize it as a Biblical name. They will automatically associate it with the Greek God. With that being said, I love Apollo. Would I ever use it? Probably not. I think Apollo deserves to be in the first name spot- it's too strong not to be.

Here are a few of my favorite combos:

Apollo Tate

Apollo Vincent

Apollo Dune

Apollo Cade

I think Apollo would be better paired with an unusual cool one-syllable middle name! :)

I third, most people assume Greek god. That's my hesitation in using it, otherwise I love it. Apollos is a nice option in and of itself-- I like the "s" on the end.

Apollos Ford

Jasper Apollos

Thank you all so much! Yes, the Greek god connotation is the reason I had swayed from it in the past, but finding it would have a special Biblical meaning, even if just to me, made me love it!

The combos I LOVE include:

Apollo Vincent
Finn Apollos
Apollos Ford/Jack
Apollo(s) Jasper...

...Many of the others were great too! ;)
