I really love Juniper Charlotte and Juniper Cadence! Gorgeous. June, Juno, June-bug or JC (as you've mentioned) are all great possible nns!
I don't have the patience to go through all the lists, so I'll just list off the only C names I can think of:
So sorry for the repeats!!
Juniper Cassie
Juniper Cadence
Juniper Celia
Juniper Claire
Juniper Cicely
Juniper Cecelia
Juniper Celeste
Juniper Clarisse
Juniper Cambrie
Juniper Carin
Juniper Carys
Juniper Cordelia
Juniper Cara
Juniper Carol
Juniper Chloe
Juniper Catherine
Juniper Christine
Juniper Cayla
Juniper Carla
Juniper Ciara
Juniper Clementine
Juniper Caterine
Juniper Cathleen
Juniper Caitlin
Juniper Colette
Juniper Christa
Juniper Courtney
Juniper Casey
Juniper Corinne
Juniper Cecile
Juniper Clara
Juniper Chelsea
Juniper Cora
Juniper Clemence
Juniper Charlize
Juniper Cathy
Juniper Caroline
Juniper Cosette
I find that Juniper works best with a one or two syllable middle that does not contain a "u" or "r".
And better if there's not an "n" or "p" at least in the first syllable.
Basically, I find that using a name with none of the same letters sound the best.

Juniper isn't really my style, but it's one of those names that could be amazing in the perfect combo.
Juniper Charlotte and Juniper Cadence are both adorable!
Juniper Chloe also has a nice ring to it.

I'm glad that Nick liked Juniper Cecelia! I hope JB is a girl cause I like the idea of Aasyn, Hayleigh and Juniper :3
