If I had to use Emma as a first name, I would think about these:
Emma Rhiannon - If you like Rhys, you may like Rhiannon. I love using both of them as middle names. Emma really needs an interesting middle name, in my opinion. It is pronouced Ree-an-un. Rhiannon is the goddess of horses in Welsh mythology. I love mythological names. I have Rhiannon on my list but haven't found a perfect fit yet. What I have right now is Lyra Rhiannon, but I think that is too out there.
Emma Seraphine - It is pronounced Seh-ra-feen and here's what behindthename.com says: "Feminine form of the Late name Seraphinus, derived from the biblical word seraphim which was Hebrew in origin and meant "fiery ones". The seraphim were an order of angels, described by Isaiah in the Bible as having six wings each. This was the name of a 13th-century Italian saint who made clothes for the poor. As an English name, it has never been common."
Emma Julianne - I <3 J names, it is my favorite letter on a girl. This one doesn't have as nice a meaning as the others, and it much more popular (about the mid 600's). I am definitely liking the syllable middle names with lots of 'n's for Emma. Helps make the name more solid.
Don't know if any are your style, but they are all names I love that I think would work so I had to suggest them.

No joke, but I when I was making those three my first pick was Emma Coraline, then I remembered that I'd already suggested Coraline. I also considered Emma Juliet (I love Juliet, of course) and Emma Vivianne. Oh, and I love Imogen. I like it a lot more than Emma, though I'd only use it as a middle name. Ohhhhh.... wait a minute! How about Emma Adelaide (I was looking at your Adeline, Yas). I love Adelaide a lot. I don't think the 'a' on each runs into each other too much. I think I still prefer my three, but Emma Adelaide is something to ponder. Adelaide is quite elegant imao.
Just a thought here, but Kate would you ever consider Eliza? It is much, much, much less common than Emma, and there are some great nn possibilities there. It is my favorite name... just thought I'd put it out there.

Ivy - love using it as a middle name. I have it as Arabella Ivy.
Isobel - was on my list for a while, fell out of favor since I can't go anywhere without seeing Isabelle, Isabella etc.
Isadora - LOVE it, but when I was browsing Y!A I noticed that someone said it sounded like "is a door a" and now I can't get it out of my head. I still like my combo, Isadora Wren, I just don't think I'd use it.
Isla - I wouldn't use it, but I like it quite a bit. Not a fave, but I can appreciate it.
