She is a rebellious 18 year old that is a senior in high school and is in foster care.
I've never really done a story with someone in foster care before, and I'm not sure exactly what to do about her last name...
so 2 things:
1)should she keep her birth parents last name cuz my friend in real life (who was in foster care) 's whole name got changed so her birth parents couldnt find her?
2) what should her last name be?

Her last name should be different from her birth parents' last name. Her last name should be Mercer. Raven Jayne Mercer. :-)

That sounds SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cool!
But I am thinking of using one of my friend's last names, that I am modeling Raven's character after, but I love Mercer! I will keep that in mind!
