Girl. Early twenties. Cyncial. Sharp-tongued. Astute. Comes across mean and snarky. Quick on her feet. Apathetic. Jaded. Practical. Quick-tempered. She is going through a long streak of bad luck and misfortunes for the last seven year...unnaturally unlucky. Long ginger-blonde hair. Green eyes. Golden skin.

It's a rough description right now.

I when I read your description it made me think of a lot of short no non-sence name, some are longer but I feel they fit your character.

Thanks for the names. Most of those names I either have characters with that name, I know someone by that name or I have another reference.

Though, Anna makes me think Annie might be good. But, it's not quite right.

You could go the ironic side and name her LUCKY <_<
or...

Jo (Short for Josephine, Joann(e/a), Jody...)
Moe (Short for Maureen, Morgan, Monica, Moranda, Molly...)
Chloe
Clover (also Ironic) (nn Cloe)
Felcia (FELL sha) means lucky

Your Character made me think that she needs a unisex name. She is a bit harsh, so she doesn't need a pretty girly name. (Unless she can make a nn out of it) She needs a quick, strong name.
I went to Nameberry.com and looked at their list of unisex names (they usually have more than the typical Austin, Tristan, Morgan etc..)

Here are some I thought could be used, or hopefully will provide inspiration for her name. Some of them are kind of strange, but those are the names that you can give a great backstory to (ie Katniss in The Hunger Games)

Aspen
Asa
Blue
Birch
Brett
Cade
Cobalt
December
Drew
Flynn
Indiana
Logan
North
Rowan

My favorites are Brett, Logan and North. I'm using Asa for a female character of mine, and she has a similar personality. Hope this is helpful! GL!
