Bennett River is so handsome, and goes well with Elianna and Jackson. Mercer is a little strange to me, but that may just be because I've never heard of it before. River is a love of mine, and I would totally recommend it, but I just don't know how well it goes with siblings Elianna and Jackson. Aiden and Owen are so overused, I wouldn't use them if you're looking to be original. However, lots of people like Aiden and Owen, and that's why they're so popular, so they are completely find names if those are your favorites.
