Olivia Haven is cute, Harper Owen is very boyish. Maybe use harper with a more feminine mn. Harper Odette or Harper Oriel.

the first names are not my favorite but they aren't bad, however I don't like them together. olivia haven isn't bad though i don't like haven much. it's just that olivia is such a girly classic name and then harper is a more unisex name thus a tad trendy. owen is also all boy to me so that doesn't help balance out the masculinity in harper. i like the suggestions above along with odessa/ophelia/oriana.

Olivia Haven would be ok, I guess.. Although I don't like both names, but well everyone has a different taste.
Harper Owen is way to boyish to me. What about Hailey, Hillary etc instead of Harper. Like the suggestion of Oriana.

Olivia is lovely, though extremely popular. I'm not a huge fan of Haven (all I think of is the Safe Haven program where people can leave babies for adoption), but Olivia Haven sounds nice.
I've never cared for Harper. One of the meanings of harp is "to nag", so Harper = nagger in my mind. I just find the sound harsh and unpleasant anyway. Owen is all boy. Using Owen on a girl is as silly as using Richard on a girl, imo. I've heard Harper on boys before, so if I saw Harper Owen, I'd assume it was a boy's name.
