I love the sound of Antigone and the Sophoclean connections, but I don't like how the name looks on paper Anti Gone and would be hesitant to use it myself because of that. But I still think it could totally work for someone else!

I have four in mind that I really like..
Jordan Marie
Talia Madison(I pronounce it Tuh-leah)
Stephanie Judith
Justus Lynn

Antigone is lovely due to the Greek connection like Addison said! I do like the sound, but I'd be more inclined to use a name like Thisbe just for pronunciation purposes (she's essentially the Greek mythology form of Juliet!)

@Lyza
Jordan Marie = I really like it! Jordan for a girl is so pretty! I'm not the biggest fan of Marie as it's kind of filler... have you considered Jordan Mairead? (Muh-raid)
Talia Madison(I pronounce it Tuh-leah) = Hmm I'm kinda torn on this one. I know a Taleah who pronounces it Tuh-Leia, but I feel like your pronunciation (especially with your spelling) would be mispronounced
Stephanie Judith = Judith is really pretty in the middle slot, but Stephanie seems a little too dated for me. Alexandra Judith or Johanna Judith have the same vibe without being too dated
Justus Lynn = I actually really enjoy this name! I'd spell it Justice just to make it a little more feminine, but I actually really like it!

Rhiannon is such a gorgeous name! Sophisticated and glam, but also spunky and playful.
Drew isn't my favorite, as it sounds a little dated to my ears, but it may appeal to you!

I have become head over heels in love with Liesel lately! I love the sound, the way it looks, and it honors my family's German heritage! I've been considering Zuzu as a short form/nickname for it based on the sound, but I don't know if that makes sense? Anyway, any thoughts on Liesel (or Liesl) with the possible nickname Zuzu?

I personally don't see Zuzu in Liesl...but that doesn't mean you can't! They just share no letters or sounds, at least in my accent.

Beautiful ZagarTulip! I love the boy names and combos, each with one classic biblical name. The use of Ffion is amazing, and I think it sounds stunning with Courtney! Thomasin is such a beauty as well. I will have to say, Devin Natasha's n ending and n beginning do run together a bit when said out loud, but you have some lovely ideas.

Ok! How do you feel about Antigone? (An-tig-uh-nee)
Just wanted to pop in here and say I adore Antigone and would love to use it myself. I don't think it's quite first name material and is better suited as a middle name but otherwise, useable.

Oooh, another Antigone lover! Thank you!
Do you have any names you'd like opinions on?

@ZagarTulip
Devin Natasha - I'm torn on this one. For some reason, Devin and Natasha really just don't match for me but I like the sounds a lot. Maybe Devin Natalia?
Courtney Ffion - Not a huge fan. Courtney seems dated to me, and I think Ffion would be mispronounced
Esther Priscilla - Esther is tough for me. I love the older vibe, but the sounds just aren't my favorite. Maybe Edith Priscilla or Ethelyn Priscilla?
Ryana Thomasin - Thomasin is a guilty pleasure!! Love love love it in the middle name slot. However, I think Ryana would be mispronounced. Maybe Rhiannon?
(Ryana is pronounced like rye-ANNA)
and these boy names:
Josiah Thomas - Classic without being too popular. Love it.
Orlando Isaac - Orlando sounds too show-y for me. Swap it to be Isaac Orlando and it's much better
Seth Andrew - Again classic! Love Seth in the first name spot

How do you all feel about Clement, Claude, and Clarence? I feel like they're all so underused.

Hmmm that's an interesting one!
Clement is not my favorite, but the nickname Clem on a little boy might just change my mind! It's so adorable!
Claude feels a little outdated to me, but would definitely be a good, fresh middle name pick
Clarence is one of my guilty pleasures for sure. I feel like it has a lot of media references so I wouldn't use it as a first name, but I do really like the sounds!

I see. Thanks so much for your feedback! Sidney on a boy? Not my favorite, but just curious.

Ooh Sidney is a hard one for me. I actually love this spelling on a girl (along with the nickname Sid) but I feel like Sidney on a boy could be kind of a fresher take on names like Peyton and Casey!
What do you think of Clarke on a girl? (Pronounced exactly like Clark). Clarke Thomasine is such a big guilty pleasure for me
