Raer- RAE-R - Are you saying this as two syllables or one? I can see it being pronounced like Rare or Ray-er. Personally I have trouble saying Rs right behind each other Aurora and Rory have always given me trouble. The slightly similar sounding Rainer is more to my liking. The N helps to break up the Rs and makes it easier to say.
Sian- SHARN - I cant really see this pron. Where does the R come from? I can see it being pron. like Sean or the Chinese city (SIGH an)...It looks like the welsh girls name Sian is pron. (SHEE ahn) and is a variant of Jane. Very similar to Sean which is the variant of John.
Brielle- Pretty but reminds me of Braille
Adair - I really like the name Adair. I think it is underused as a name for either gender, though I prefer it in the middle name spot.
Ailie - EYE-LEE - I went to highschool with a girl named Ailey pron. (AY lee) so I would pronounce this the same way, though I think (EYE LEE) is a valid pron. It sounds too similar to Kiley or Riley that I think it would often be confused.
Vann- VAN - I think this is super cute for a boy. I loved the character named Van on the show Reba.
Hart- Heart - I really like this name as well. Very handsome boys name.
Blaze- Blay-z - Okay, not really my style. I much prefer Blaine.
Reid- <3
Connor- Nice, I like it but I don't really love it. I think the "Con" part is my main hold up. I think Con artist or Convict.

Raer - The pronunciation seems a little off to me... it just sounds like 'Rare', as Katie pointed out.
Sian - I would have definitely pronounced this See-an at first glance.
Brielle - It's not my style, but I think it's a nice name. Bree is an adorable nickname, too.
Adair - For a boy or girl? I agree with Katie, I think it'd make a nice middle name.
Ailie - I really like the pronunciation, but people might misread it as Allie.
Vann - Handsome, though I have a hard time picturing it on a kid.
Hart - I like it as a middle name, but a kid with the name Hart / Heart could be teased.
Blaze - It's an interesting idea... I prefer it as a middle.
Reid - For some reason, I find this actually useable!
Connor - Love this name! I have it as a middle name for Henry on my list and I adore it.

My favorites are Brielle, Ailie, Reid, and Connor. The others are a little too unique for my taste, but they would make really great guilty pleasures or middle names.

Raer-The "ae" sound always throws me off, probably because in Latin (I've been taking Latin for like 7 years now lol) it's prn "eye" while most everywhere else I see it pronounced as a long "a." So for me navigating my way around a prn. of this name is quite difficult. I think I would prefer it if it were prn like Briar, minus the B. Riar actually sounds a little neat to me. Maybe even consider the spelling Ryer if you like this prn.
Sian- I like this one--I have a penchant for Irish/Scottish/Welsh names, but I'd be careful because I feel like this could easily get confused with Sean and consequently be pronounced that way. Perhaps as a middle name. That's where I like to put my favorite, though hard to pronounce, Irish names
Brielle-it's okay, but not really my style
Adair -very cute. I knew a girl with this name, and I like it quite a bit. I don't think it needs a nickname though, but if you did want one, I would prefer Addie over Dair
Ailie - just looked up this name because I really wasn't feeling the spelling, but I love the pronunciation. But since it's Scottish, I wouldn't mess with the spelling. Nothing bothers me more than trying to phonetically spell those kinds of names. You could always use Aileen and call her Ailie as a nickname
Vann- Eh, not really my style--too much of a word. I'd prefer Vaughn (VAWN)
Hart- not my style. Perhaps as a middle name it would be alright though
Blaze- see above
Reid- very nice
Connor- not my favorite, but it is a very handsome name

Raer - Makes me think of "Rare"... sorry! But Katie's suggestion of Rainer is interesting.

Sian - I want to prn. it "See-anne"... Kind of like the male "Cian". Not my style.

Brielle - Really like Bree/Brie. What do you think of Bridget, Gabrielle, Aubrey, Briony or Breanne?

♥ Adair - Love love love this one. I had a teacher with the surname Adair. But there's something about that's so cute. Nickname Addie is an idea.

Ailie - It's interesting, but not my style. I prefer Ayla/Isla.

Vann - Would prefer it as a nickname for Vincent or something of the sort.

Hart - Mm. Unsure about this one. It's a guilty pleasure of mine, but would sound better as a middle name than a first name I think.

Blaze - Not a fan...

♥ Reid - ADORE this one! It's just so lovely. First fell in love with it for the character of Spencer Reid in Criminal Minds.

♥ Connor - It's a lovely classic but modern option. Definitely not "unique" like your other choices, but I love it.
