Just an fyi: I'm not pregnant, just collecting names...
I've been trying to find a middle name for Gwendolyn, but very few 1-syllable names appeal to me. Then I found Paige and thought it was perfect cause it is so different from Gwendolyn... until I realized where I'd heard Paige before. Pages used to be knight-in-training that helped clean armor/serve guests and stuff. Gwendolyn immediately makes me think of King Arthur, Merlin, and Gweniveire (sp?). I realy like Gwendolyn because of the nicknames Gwen/Gwenna and a whole bunch of others. I don't want to just use the nicknames though.
When people hear Gwendolyn Paige, will they think they sound weird/old/medieval? Is that a bad association? Not really sure if I'm being clear but its the best I got... so, opinions?
Thanks oh so very much ye fine people....
Is Gwendolyn Paige too Medieval sounding?

I love Gwendolyn. I think Gwendolyn Paige flows well. It does have a very Medieval feel but for me that is part of the charm.
