Ella Carmen Karim (nb) is the daughter of Lena and her husband. She’s energetic and loves wiggling around, even when her mama holds her. She doesn’t like being breastfed. She loves to dream, even when it’s daydreaming. She usually gets fussy when when it comes to sleeping.

Abbas Iman Karim (32) is Ella's father, Lena's husband. A professional basketball player for the Charlotte Hornets, Abbas loves playing with his daughter when he's not on the court. He is extremely proud of his beautiful and intelligent wife and loves his life and his family. After a traumatic car crash when he was 19, Abbas developed PTSD and a general anxiety disorder. Through therapy, basketball and listening to music among other things, he has helped himself overcome it without medicine. He and Ella often watch basketball together, and there has been many a time where she has fallen asleep in his arms.

Ashling Luciana Karim (23) is Abbas’s sister. She is and Elon University Alum and a mama to two children of her own, with her fiancé. She is a master choreographer for the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders. She was on her University’s dance team. She also has a Basset Hound puppy named Pedro.

Khadijah Nasira Karim (36) is Abba and Ashling's oldest sister, Ella's aunt, and Lena's sister-in-law. She was 27 when Ashling was adopted and is more like an aunt figure to her than a sister. Khadijah is a inner-city lawyer and a no-nonsense woman. Despite her serious exterior, Khadijah loves her siblings with an unrivaled passion. She is a single lady and loves it. She has no intention of getting married.

Susana Miley Davenport (36) is Khadijah’s best friend. She is a mother to three boys, and an anchor and reporter for a news studio. She was Miss Kentucky when she was 20. She is a Ball State University Alum and was on the dance team. While she was at, she studied marketing and digital media.

Shane Andrew Davenport (13) is Susana's middle son, Jonas' little brother, and Adam's older brother. Shane is on the autism spectrum. He loves watching the Saints, going to his big brother's football games, and hunting with his brothers and dad. He is very close to Jonas. Shane has a special connection with the family dog, a Golden Retriever named Winston.

Jonas Elijah Davenport (17) is Susana's oldest son, Shane and Adam's big brother. A devoted Christian, Jonas tries his hardest to always be kind, respectful, and supportive. He is a member of Civitan and often volunteers at the ARC. He loves his family, playing football (he's on the school team), hunting, studying his Bible, and his girlfriend.

Adam Jem Davenport (11) is Susana's youngest son, Jonas and Shane's little brother. A bright child, Adam is the class clown and can be a bit of a trouble maker. He loves hunting, playing video games with his brothers, playing baseball, and playing with Winston. He cares a lot about his family, though he won't always admit it.

Nora Arya Davenport (nb) is the daughter of Jonas and his girlfriend. Her mother got pregnant by accident, but Jonas loves her with all his heart. She loves to watch movies with her mother and father. Scary movies freak her out, but she still watches them. She is a wiggly baby, even when her mama holds her.

Avarie Mara Williamson (5) is Nora's cousin, her mother's niece. She often tries to hold Nora, but can never do so successfully. Her parents babysit Nora when her mother has to work or goes on a date with Jonas. Avarie is spunky and moody, but she is very sweet at heart. She loves puppies and kittens. Avarie really loves visiting Uncle Jonas and her aunt.

Elizabeth Alessandra Williamson (29) is Avarie’s mother, Nora’s aunt. She is an anchor for a news studio. She also loves to do her daughter’s hair and makeup for pageants. She is Instagram famous, as well as her daughter and their dog, a Chihuahua named Meggie.

Daisy Annemarie Williamson (5) is Elizabeth's daughter. She is a sweet and silly little girl, though she can be stubborn and has tantrums sometimes. She likes dancing, fashion, traveling, food, and playing with Meggie.

Lillian Jacqueline Murillo (28) is Daisy’s birth mother. She got pregnant during a one night stand, and decided to give Daisy up for adoption. Elizabeth was already pregnant with Averie at the time Lillian gave birth to Daisy, but said she would adopt her. She is a dancer and choreographer for a talent group.

The Pattinson Girls

 

The Pattinson Girls are Lillian's nieces, the daughters of her older sister.

Story Everleigh and Poem Arika (5) are the eldest of the Pattinson girls, the big sisters of Prose, Lyric, Gypsy, and Scout. They are the girliest and are tied with Scout for the most outgoing of the bunch, never meeting a stranger. Being identical twins, they are very close. Poem loves fashion and always dresses to impress and stand out. The girls love riding horses on their land.

 

 

Prose Mallory (4) is the little sister of Story and Poem and the big sister of Lyric, Gypsy, and Scout. She and Poem are the most fashionable of the girls. Though she is shy when she travels out to the city, Prose is a spunky and sassy girl with a way of instantly stealing your heart.

 

 

Lyric Jordanne (3) is the little sister of Story, Poem, and Prose and the big sister of Gypsy and Scout. Deaf since birth, she has trouble speaking and is usually very shy. She does enjoy being with the farm animals, though, especially the horses, chickens, and ducks. Though she is a girl of few words, her precious smile says all you could ever want to hear from her.

 

 

Gypsy Caroline (2) is the little sister of Story, Poem, Prose, and Lyric and the big sister of Scout. Though not deaf, she is a quiet girl when introduced to new people. She likes to play with the goats and chase ducks with Lyric. Well, Gypsy chases the ducks, and Lyric sits in a corner protectively petting as many as she can round up. She loves her "Aunt Lily" very much.

 

 

Scout Esme (1)is the youngest Pattinson, the little sister of Story, Poem, Prose, Lyric, and Gypsy. A talkative girl, Scout lives life with an enthusiasm that rivals that of her eldest sisters. She loves the goats and ducks. She likes to laugh, run, and play. She is bright and speaks for everyone when she can. Rest assured, she will be a force to be reckoned with as she grows!

Kristy Rosalie Pattinson (31) is the mother of Story, Poem, Prose, Lyric, Gypsy, and Scout. She is currently pregnant with her seventh child and first son, Darrell Eli! She is a former pageant queen, was Miss America when she was 21, and now works as a pageant judge. She was also a dancer in high school, and is happily married to her high school sweetheart.

Joshua "Josh" Everett Pattinson (31) is Kristy's husband and the father of Story, Poem, Prose, Lyric, Gypsy, Scout, and Darrell. Due to his mother's struggles with infertility, Joshua was considered a miracle baby and grew up an only child on a big farm. As a result, Josh always wanted a big family, and he got what he asked for! Though he looks serious in pictures, Josh is a light-hearted man who makes his money working the family farm. Josh adores his family and is an excellent father to the girls. He loves his daughters to death, but he's still ecstatic about finally having a son!

Ariel Kara Peterson (23) is Josh’s cousin. She is a wife herself, and just found out she is expecting her first baby! She is a personal trainer, and a nursing student. She is a servant leader at a church. She used to be a dancer, but still choreographs for her dance company in the summer.

Joseph Daniel Peterson (23) is Ariel's husband and high school sweetheart. He and Josh were best friends in high school, which is actually how he met Ariel. Ariel and he worked at the same store, and he saw her looking at a picture of her cousin's new baby. Joseph remarked that that was his best friend's nephew, she said that that was her cousin's kid, and the rest, as they say, is history. Joseph is a deacon and the youth minister at their church. He hopes to one day plant a church of his own. He has a pet dog, a Border Collie named Mamie, and he loves her very much. He is simultaneously overjoyed and terrified at the prospect of becoming a father.

Magdalen Fiona Peterson (22) is Joseph’s sister. She is an NBA dancer, teacher and choreographer, and former AHL dancer. She has a French Bulldog puppy named Brick. She is a soon to be retiring for dancing for the NBA to become a Radio City Rockette. She was Miss North Carolina last year, and is a model.

Tallulah "Tally" Jade & Melanie Roan Kestrel (nb) are the fraternal twin daughters of Magdalen and her ex-boyfriend. She found out she was pregnant after they split, and they have agreed to co-parent the girls. The journey has actually strengthened their relationship and restored their friendship. Tally and Melanie are sweet girls who love to sleep and eat. They are amazed by Brick, who is equally amazed by them.

Perez A'aliyah Kestrel (26) is Dulce's twin sister and Tally and Melanie's aunt. While her sister is not religious, Perez and her father are both Muslim. Perez is a fashion designer who does not follow the rules of hijab strictly, sometimes showing calves, ankles, and her shoulders and occasionally wearing tighter-fitting clothes. She always wears head covering, though. She tries to create her line with all women in mind and uses cruelty-free, vegan materials. She loves traveling with Dulce in their free time. They don't always get along so well, but they try to bead tolerant as possible.
