Blaire Cosette: Blaire isnt my personal style, but theres nothing wrong with it. I also think it flows really well with Cosette (which is a beautiful name by the way)
Octavia Blake: I dont know what show this is from, probably because Im dreadfully uncultured, but I dont love the name because both the first and middle have a long a sound. Either name paired with a different one would be fine.
Eloise Cosette: I like it! It doesnt flow quite as well as Blaire Cosette in my opinion but its still beautiful. I also think this name would fit someone of any age.
Paige Vienna: Probably my favorite of your list. Both names are less common but still familiar, the flow is great, and it looks and sounds pretty.
Drew Paige: I dont love this one. Im personally not a fan of Drew on a girl, and I dont think two one-syllable names sound very good as a pair.

Would Eloise Octavia be an option?

Eloise Cosette is so stunning! Beautiful

1. Blaire Cosette - I am in love with this! Elegant, sweet, and unique, this one is definitely my favorite!
2. Octavia Blake (I do realize it is from a tv show whoops) - I really love Octavia, but it clashes with Blake imo. Would you like Octavia Cosette?
3. Eloise Cosette - I love Cosette in that middle spot, but Eloise isn't my favorite. Still quite pretty though!
4. Paige Vienna - I really like Vienna and would prefer Vienna Paige, but this is cute as well!
5. Drew Paige - I like Drew, but they're both monosyllabic and clash when together
