We want our daughters name to be pronounced "eye-la"

But we are stuck on spelling...

Of your choices, Ila is the most straightforward. This name is also commonly spelled Isla if that appeals to you. Placing the Y after the L would indicate "Ellie-a" and "Illie-a" respectively to me.

Isla is the traditional spelling of the pronunciation you are looking for so I would pick that. Otherwise Ila or Aila or Aisla. Not either of the other options you put because they end up being ee-a sounds at the end of the name.

I would spell it Ayla or Isla.

Isla would be my suggestion for that pronunciation as it's pretty well known.
