I spent the other day going through the entire SSA charts and writing down all the names I like... but I feel like that wasn't all that many :/ I liked quite a few popular ones, just my luck. But it's all good, popular isn't an issue. Just looking for names I honestly love!

I color coded my topic, so its easier for anyone to look through whatever. If you just want to answer to the boys section, look for blue. Pink for girls (; The girls is a little more complicated for a warning <3

I'm considering a slight change... In Hale Nicastro, it bothers me that it almost sounds like "hail castro" if you take the Ni- out of Nicastro and all.. So I was thinking, Archer Nicastro? I had Archer Cole on my list, and I do love it. But I was thinking Archer Nicastro might be better, and I can find a new middle name for Hale. Roman and Archer sound fabulous together imo, and I think they'd be my top two choices. Roman Grey/Connor and Archer Nicastro?

There are some names that I have taken off my list because they were just too popular... but I'm giving up on the popularity issue and adding them on anyway! Those would include: Jacob, William (Liam), Noah, Jayden // Aiden, Alexander, Elliot, Matthew, Elijah // Eli, Christopher, Caleb, Gavin.... probably others, but those came to mind. Those are all in the top 36.. with Gavin being number 36, and the others much higher. I'm thinking I'll keep them as middle names, for the most part. The ones in green are middle name only I'm undecided on the others.. they can be first names, but I wouldn't mind them as middle names either.

I already have other popular names on my list anyway, Connor, Alexander, Zachary, Hunter, Henry, Chase, Cole, Finn, Tanner... yeah. I'm keeping Theodore, Martin, Franklin, and Wilson on my GP list. I think I'm officially adding River, Abram, and Rhys. Abram and Rhys are entirely new to my list <3

So far, I have basically no combo's in mind. I'm having a hard time putting them together in a fashion that I think sounds, looks, and feels right. I was thinking potentially Elliot Rhys as a combo, but I don't love it. Rhys Caleb or Caleb Rhys are nice, but I'm unsure at the moment. River Abram sounds okay... I'm not sure yet though. I'm opened to any thoughts you ladies (and potential gentlemen?) have! <3


Yay girls!! I feel like little has changed here... I decided to re-add Maeve Isabel to my list! I have been horribly in love with it, but Mike doesn't love Maeve... I'm not 100% going to stick with this combo. I'm going to see if Mike will potentially budge on maybe using Maeve as at least a middle name. But I do have Maeve Isabel as my combo currently.

I know Mike likes Ana (ah-na, she's romanian I think) after a lady he's known since he was maybe seven? A family friend.. He doesn't necessarily want Ana particularly. He likes the "ahn" sound to it... so I'm thinking Anya? Its been off and on my list for quite a long time... maybe this is a sign to keep it? I think Anya Maeve could be darling. Other combo's that popped into mind were Anya Victoria, Anya Charlotte, Anya Kate, Anya Penelope, Anya Gwendolyn, Anya Piper... idk, those just flow fine I guess. I'm not convinced yet on any.

So, I know Mike wants me to add these girls names to the list... Laura, Courtney, Kiara, Lacey, Harley, Bailey, Kayla, Tiffany, Abby... there are more I can't remember. Purple are ones that are middle name only. I'm still iffy on Bailey, but if Mike really likes it I can deal with it being a first name. I do like it <3 I'm honestly really growing on Abby! I'm thinking full name Abigail, rather than only using Abby. So I'm going to search for middle names for Abigail. Or maybe first names I guess. It'll be beautiful as either. Abigail Piper, Abigail Maeve, Abigail Jane, Abigail Tessa... Any good? I have no idea what I want for the others... Bailey Victoria or Bailey Caroline are options I guess.

I'm accepting my love for Sophie about now. And Isabel, Emma // Emily, Ava, Amelia // Mia, Elizabeth, Natalie, Avery, Penelope, Alana, Delilah, Haley, Harlow, Ivy, Eva, Shiloh, Cadence... haha. (purple middle names again). Yeah, I've put off liking quite a few names... I've been so iffy on them, and really considered taking them off. Some I haven taken off for at least a little while. Oh, other names I like still are Aubrey, Ivy, Tessa // Tess, Jane, Gwendolyn, Eloise... I have Hadley Victoria on my list. I think Charlotte Willow will stay for now... yeah (: I eventually want combo's for the other names.


So yeah. Its all so unorganized... but I'm so scramblebrained right now...... this is an accurate way of how I'm thinking right now, I suppose Ehh. I'd really love some idea's! Opinions, thoughts.... anything!! I'll be happy enough if you only comment on one name haha

Okay, so I LOVE Archer, Roman, Grey, Connor, Jacob, William/Liam, Aiden, Alexander, Elliot, Matthew, Eli and Christopher.
My favourites of course are Noah and Caleb though.

Caleb Matthew and Noah Christopher are cute. But you like names with a bit of a twist, so how about Caleb Archer and Noah Grey?
Do you want a list of random names, love? I haven't done THAT in a while!

From your other names, I adore Henry, Chase, Cole and Finn. Theodore and Wilson are also adorable!!! As for River, Abram and Rhys, they're wonderful IMO.
Theodore Chase, Finn Alexander and Roman Theodore are just a few ideas.

Can I just say I adore Maeve Isabel? It just LOOKS so gorgeous! As for Ana, I adore it. I have Anna on my list and it's definitely one of my top 5's. Anya is a nice alternative and a compromise. Anya Charlotte and Anya Piper are my favourites of the ones you have. What about Anya Victoire instead of Victoria? None of the names Mike wants to add to the list seem vert much your style. Abby is cute, I though prefer Abigail. Want a list of potential middle names?
Abigail Maeve and Abigail Jane are my favourites, though I again, prefer Jane as a first name. Caroline is adorbs, though!

Sophie is very sweet, and however nice, I like the alternative Sophia with Sophie as a potential nickname.
Emma, Emily, Ava, Elizabeth, Penelope, Alana, Delilah, Ivy, Eva and Cadence are ones I LOVE off the list.
Tessa and Eloise are also favourites of mine. I think Emma, Emily, Penelope, Ivy and Eloise are by far top runners IMHO.

Let's try and organise or minimise the list so it's easier for you?

Okay Katie, your just brilliant!! I love the idea of Franklin nick name Finn!! Cause Finn just feels so... flimsy on its own. But Franklin almost feels "old man" to me, and I don't adore Frank or Frankie as nick names. They're nice, but I just love Finn here! Franklin Elliot could work really nicely<33
Hunter Aiden is handsome, I like <3 I like Rhys Connor, Rhys Elliot, and Rhys Martin a lot as well! I think I'll show them to Mike and see which is his favorite<3 I really like River Cole! Very nature namey, but I do love nature names. Short and simple <3 William Rhys is great as well! Though William Cole and William Hunter are handsome.
Oh! Zachary Abram is handsome! Ah, now I'll have to decide between Zachary Abram and Abram Christopher lol <3

Thanks! I agree I can't get Maeve Isabel out of my head!! Unfortunately, last time I mentioned Maeve to Mike, he was 50/50 on it. Not in love, but didn't hate it. Not only do I love it out loud, but it looks perfect to me <3 If I had a girl right this very minute, without any influence of others, her name would be Maeve Isabel <333
I love Anya Victoire! I don't think Mike would love it as much as I, he actually suggested Victoria for my list a while back lol. And as he's just so boring and likes mostly main stream names... tehe! I totally agree though, his style and mine do clash a little. He likes very... dated names. Like the names that were trendy for girls my age. But honestly, I don't think its the worst clash. Like, at least I don't ONLY like old fashioned names and he doesn't ONLY like trendy ones.. and he is actually very willing to discuss names. For me though, as long as there's nothing made up and misspelled I can compromise He agreed to old fashioned Eloise as long as we call her Ellie haha! <3 Works for me (; I prefer Abigail to Abby as well, I think he's fine with that. I'd so love Jane as a first name, but I don't think it'll happen. His grandmother is Jade, and I think I could possibly get away with using Jane instead of Jade to honor her, but it'd have to be a middle =/
For whatever reason, I prefer just Sophie to Sophia. Like Sophia is nice, and I'd probably end up using it.. but idk. Plus I only prefer it as a middle name. Normally I prefer full, substantial names with a good nick name rather than nick name names themselves, but Sophie's an exception I guess.
Lets hope I can get this organized // minimized lol!! I've got time though, thankfully. And you've got to sort through all the options to find the best (; I'm sure once I show Mike this topic he'll help minimize, haha. He told me last night he can't think of what his absolute favorite girls names are, even though he gave me a list of ones he likes. Though he said he really adores Piper, so I'll have to see <3
