Have you come across Elowen? I'd suggest it as an alternative to Bellamy, which is all boy to me. Elowen Eleanora doesn't sound great though, but Elowen Ruth is cute.
If you want the nickname Belle, may I suggest Arabella? I also like the nn Ari for this too. Arabella Joy is cute.
I like all of your other names, although I'd prefer the spelling Bailey.
For the boys I'd suggest using just West, as Westfall sounds very surnamey to me. I'd also switch Saville and Lupton, and the L sounds clash a little too much for me. Emerson would be my pick for the middles Carver-Vance, and I'd also switch to Grayson rather than Graydon.
