I'm guessing most of you have heard Ben and Jessa Seewald are expecting their second child in February, 2017. The gender is unknown. In the announcement, Ben said they currently have no clue for a name. What suggestions would you give them?

Benjamin Michael Seewald

Jessa Lauren Seewald (nee Duggar)

Spurgeon Elliot Seewald   -   named after Charles Spurgeon (an English pastor from the 1800's) and Jim and Elisabeth Elliot (missionaries to South America)

Thoughts? I will post mine in the comments.

I didn't think to consider songwriters of the old hymns! Wonder if they might consider Fanny J. Crosby?

This is just...Sad. I don't think their first kid is even older than a year, if even that. Terrible thing for both parents and their first kid...terrible thing for society. Such a shame,

Jessa and Ben are a beautiful couple and great parents. God gave them a second child and there is nothing wrong with that. Spurgeon will have a sibling close in age. They came from large families so they want to have a large family of their own. Not a shame at all.

There is nothing wrong with coming from a big family, or that much with having children close in age - what is wrong is two people so young and who are both unemployed having multiple kids and doing it for the reasons wrong reasons. Even more so when it is clear that they're popping out more babies for ratings and to keep their tv show. What happened to them wanting to adopt?

It also isn't actually that healthy to have kids so close in age. Either way, I'm allowed to share my opinion and frankly, the whole family is toxic. They don't give their children the chance to be children, don't let their daughters get education past high school and covered up their son's crimes endangering all of their daughters. That is the shame. It's a toxic culture breeding more toxic, cult like culture.

I don't mind it--the middle name spot is more giving and is a place to use those names that have meaning to you but you're too afraid to use as a fn. And Henry is adorable!

I love Henry Wilberforce, it's adorable and strong. Elliot Spurgeon instead of Spurgeon Elliot would have gone so much better with Henry Wilberforce.

My first thought was that Henry Wilberforce sounds like something out of Harry Potter lol.
