I love the name Noe for my baby boy! It is pronounced "No" and it means peaceful. It's a variation of the name Noah, but I need a middle name. I'm leaning towards Benjamin, Matthew, or William right now, but nothing has really stood out. I'd appreciate something more unique, so it doesn't sound like I'm saying "No William!" but nothing too odd. Sibling names are Madeleine Wren, Lucy Everleigh, Carter James, and Audrey Rose.

Hello! I pronounce Noe differently, maybe that's why you're having a hard time finding a middle name that goes well with the name. I pronounce it "nu-e"/"noo-e" (e like in edward).
Noe Benjamin is amazing!

Similar to Hebrew nuach meaning "rest." Shalom is peace.
Noe Shaan (rest, to lean on support)

Another similar name would be Nahaliel - by etymology means "leads to rest is God". The name is also associated with the valley of God.

Hmm... interesting you pronounce it differently! Do you think noo-e sounds more like a girl's name though?

Well, I'm not sure if I wrote the pronounciation right. But it doesn't sounds feminine to me at all. That's the portuguese variant of Noah, so I can't imagine it for a girl.
Unfortunaly, I can't find a good video about it... Only with the brazilian pronunciation that is a little different.
This is the italian version (best video I found):https://www.youtube....h?v=rn2TG07f4d0
This video is horrible, but that's how I say it (only second 14):https://www.youtube....h?v=fZmrtCPaSxA

You're naming your son (phonetically) "No"? Read your comment one more time....please rethink this name...the other four are FANTASTIC!

Is this your first child?
I have 4. I honestly think you should reconsider the name "Noe"
My daughter is 1 and is just learning what "NO" means when she's doing something she shouldn't. Couldn't imagine how confused she'd be if Noe was her name. Not to mention I say "NO" to my children so often I'm sure you'd be sick of it.
Plus it's a Negative. isn't "No" the worst word to hear as an adult and especially as a kid. Imagine being called Noe. Sorry but just no.
