I like Anna and Annie for a girl. I think I'll go with Anna-Leigh, just because you can call her Annie.
Annie-Mae just makes me think of Anime..

Declan is also lovely! Though Lee on a boy isn't my favourite.
Declan-Lee kind of meshes together for me so it's hard to pronounce. It's the "-lan" at the end of Declan and "-Le" in Lee, I figure.
