Hi. I am in a jam. My husband and I are expecting a girl in about 7 weeks. We have had relatives from both sides talk about who is not named after and are trying to allow for this while still being unique. Some family names are Saundra, Juanita, Nadine and Virginia. I really like Alessandra....Does Alessandra Virginia sound ok? Any other suggestions??

Alessandra Virginia not so much but Alessandra Nadine sounds pretty. I love the name Nadine actually as it means Hope.

Alessandra is very pretty. It seems awfully long with Virginia, though, and they end in the same sound. What about Alessandra Gina? Gina is a nickname for Virginia (or you could spell it Jeana, and have it be after Juanita, since both are feminine forms of John.

I agree that Alessandra is very pretty!
However I also agree with the commenters above that Alessandra Virginia is too long.

Alessandra Nadine would be great.

Here are a few more shorter suggestions, just in case:

Alessandra Hope
Alessandra Grace
Alessandra Nicole
Alessandra May
Alessandra Paige

Best of luck to you! Again, Alessandra is a very pretty name! I love it!
