Depp's Adopt Children Orphaned in Texas Disaster.
Johnny Depp (59) & wife Katie (36) step in once again to help children orphaned by natural disasters. The pair, who already have twelve children, adopted two siblings this past weekend. Five year old Zoe Madeline & three year old Landon Blake lost both their parents in the flooding caused by Hurricane Francis when it swept through the southwest earlier this month.

Johnny Depp (53) & wife Katie (30) are among many who have taken in children orphaned by the recent disaster in California. When interviewed Katie said that her heart went out to all the children and families affected by the earthquake and she encourages others to open up their hearts and homes. The Depp's welcome twins Aiden Michael & Alexis Hailey (15) and Christopher Andrew (12 mo). Adoption is not new to the Depp family, you may remember the couple adopted seven children from Ethiopia, Brazil & China just four years ago. With the new additions, the Depp family now numbers fourteen.

Depp Family plays Tourist, Grows by Leaps & Bounds.
Johnny Depp (49) & wife Katie (26) take their two year old twin boys on a world tour. They stop in Ethiopia, Brazil & China, adopting children along the way. In Ethiopia, the pair adopt three sisters; Edesa (5), Niola (3) & Poni (2 mo). The family then traveled to Brazil where they adopted twelve year old triplets; Juan Maximilian, Leon Marcos & Inigo Manuel. The last stop for the Depp family was China, where they adopted seven year old Jiayi. When asked why they adopted so many, Johnny replyed "Why not?"

Johnny (47) & wife Katie (24) met at an award show several years ago. They were married last year in a private ceremony in the Florida Keys. Four months ago the pair annouced they were expecting twins. On April 18th at 9:05 AM, Katie gave birth to twin boys via scheduled cesarean. They chose the names Miles Julian & Rufus Henry. Miles, Johnny states, is named for his favorite musician Miles Davis & Rufus for Johnny Depp's character, Roux in the film Chocolat.
