I think you have some great combos that cover a wide range of styles.
Hope is short, simple and classically beautiful. I think it is a great underused option in the first name spot. Since it is such a short first name, I think the longer Olivia goes great with it.
Piper is spunky and modern without being overly popular. It is common enough that it is recognizable but not too common that she would be known as Piper Lastinitial her entire school career. I think Piper Gillian is nice but would prefer Jillian myself.
Emerson is also spunky and modern, but with a more unisex feel. Personally I think Emerson is very wearable on a girl. It also has great nickname options: Em, Eme "Emmy", Emma. As for the middle name, did you mean Emerson Claire? If so I think the short and classic, yet feminine Claire is a great way to off set the unisex first name.
Finley, like Emerson is spunky and modern with a unisex feel. However, unlike Emerson, I think this is less wearable on a girl. The middle name Grace is a nice way to offset the unisex first name, however this is my least favorite of your choices.
I hope this helps, GL!
